Bakugou had given Kirishima one of the sleeping pills only so that he wouldn't turn into a dragon in their modest boat. They made their way back to Kaminari's ship that hadn't made it too far off. When the crew saw them they threw over a few ropes to haul the small boat onboard. Bakugou lifted Kirishima in his arms leaping down.

"Bakugou." Froppy met up with him. "Did you find what you were looking for?"

He looked down at the sleeping man beneath him before whispering. "No."

The woman watched him bring Kirishima to the captains quarters. She and the others knew of the curse because the boy had spent a few days with them and it's kind of hard to not notice when an entire dragon disappears. She followed behind him into Kamanari's office like room. The captain stood with Jirou at a desk looking over blueprints for some sort of invention when they looked up at the group.

"Hey!" He smiled widely. "How did it go?"

Bakugou stayed silent moving Kirishima to the captains bed placing him down gently.

"Hey." The golden haired Male moved to his side. "I'm sorry man. But I'm sure you'll find it."

"We did." Bakugou finally admitted. "But it's just not possible. Not before I get him to the southern kingdom."

Kaminari and Froppy watched over them quietly. They hadn't seen Bakugou that calm before, so they knew the burden on him was heavy. However Jirou did not see this the same.

"Then just dont go to the southern kingdom?" She shrugged.

"Hey! You dont know the full situation!" Denki fought.

"No, but I know that you're giving up too easy." She said flicking her earrings over her shoulder. "So what's the thing that's just not possible to do?"

"Why the hell should I tell you?" Bakugou yelled.

"So maybe we can help you." Froppy put in.

"It's stupid and it's not gonna work!" He went on.

"Well then fine, let him stay like that forever then." Jirou gestured a sarcastic hand with a shake of her head.

Bakugou bit down hard unable to decide between the moronic answer or giving up on his friend.

"Fine." He grumbled. "True loves kiss."

"Then go kiss him." Jirou smiled.

"Are you fucking stupid?!" He yelled.

"Well." Froppy came in. "He must come from somewhere, maybe he had a girlfriend or something."

Bakugou's anger itched at his throat as he knew they maybe right. He wanted to protest and never go there but he knew that wasn't fair to Kirishima.

"Fine, I'll ask but I doubt it." He began to calm.

Later that night Kirishima awoke to a beautiful clear starry night. At his side Bakugou slept against the wooden frame of the ship. The dragon crawled closer to him laying his muzzle on the males lap heaving a sigh. True loves kiss? Midnights words played over and over in his head. How was he suppose to know who his true love was? He looked up to Bakugou to see the moonlight shimmering through his sandy blond hair. It was the first time he had ever seen the boy so calm and at peace. His brow was relaxed and his breathing steady. Kirishima nuzzled his friends face like a cat before getting cozy again. Unfortunately this woke the rogue. Bakugou opened his red eyes and looked down at he crimson dragon. He did not yell or try to move him but instead pet his massive rocky face.

"Finally awake huh?" He smirked.

Kirishima huffed and whined turning his eyes up to look at Bakugou. The males expression seemed a bit worried which was yet another new side of him.

"I have something I need to say, so shut up for a second." He said with a clenched jaw. "This whole.... T
rue love B.S..... Maybe you had a girlfriend back where you came from?"

Kirishima sat up staring at the male with wide eyes. He hadn't thought of home in years and he hadn't thought about those who lived there other than his parents. He came from a rare dragon tribe, there was no way he could take Bakugou there and not see him torn to bits, it was secret and hidden. He shook his head.

"No?' Bakugou sat up. "No you dont have a girlfriend or no you dont have a home?"

Kirishima stayed silent looking away from him. Bakugou got frustrated at his silence.

"Look you need to choose now, do you wanna break this curse or not?!" He snapped.

Kirishima's ears flew back, this wasn't his usual little snips he was actually furious. The red dragon could see the fighting emotions in his eyes. He looked down nodding quietly not wanting to stress the man any further.

"That's what I thought." He couldn't bring himself to look at the dragon either. "We'll leave in the morning."
