3rd Person POV

Lesley continued crying on her attractive bestfriend's chest

As she was, she suddenly realized something

She got back to her senses and pushed him away harshly

She looked him in the eye, a confused look adorned her face as she asked him a question with a shaky voice from all her sobs

"H-HOW THE HELL ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?"

The wind blew around them, she didn't exactly have to worry about anyone since they were still at the grassy field

Gusion looked to the side then up,"I don't know, one moment I'm up there.." he pointed to the clouds

"... reading your newest letter, which was honestly really emotional-" Lesley cut him off, "My letters actually reached you?"

She asked nervously for a reason, suddenly reminded of one particular detail she always wrote

He chuckled and scratched the back of his neck, "Well.. yes"

"One day, I just saw a balloon floating with my name on it.. I got curious and saw it had something inside, so i popped it and found it was from you" He continued

Her mouth was slightly apart, she couldn't believe something she made up actually worked

Gusion, seeing her amazement, spoke once more, "I couldn't believe it too, it was the first time it ever happened actually. The others were very surprised"

"Wow..." Lesley was still in awe

Gusion chortled before speaking,"Anyways, all I knew is that I was reading that, and Hey! I was back here"

'Looks like the balloon with the magic paper reached the heavens then huh?' Lesley thought

"I was firstly astounded and looked at myself and then I saw you, closing your eyes and smiling, I couldn't help but smile. When you saw me I didn't know what to do so I just waved.." He smiled awkwardly at the end and then fondly at her

That was a lot of information to take in, she was feeling a bit light-headed

This whole situation they put themselves in was weird

They were both silent before Lesley came up and slapped him

Gusion stumbled back,

"Hey! What was that for!" He said while rubbing his cheek that was left with a red hand printed on it

"For leaving me." She bagan to tear up again after she had a flashback to when the incident happened

Lesley had received a text from Gusion that had her running to the rooftop

She was pushing people out of the way as she was

She saw him by the fence that was blocking the inside of the building from a five-story drop

He was on the opposite side

Lesley tried to grab his arm as he jumped,

But she failed, he was just an inch too far as she was a second too late
