Chapter 20 - A New Start

Hey y'all, I'm sorry for taking awhile to update. I'm trying to make it not boring, it's not working that well.

I've moved and my mom got surgery. All is well though.

I'm trying to finish my other book so I can focus solely on this one.

Chapter 20 - A New Start

    "With a lot of debate we have decided that you shall live with one of us, but as you wished you will not be living for me as I am a vampire.

    You won't be living the Lucifer's family or Matzan's because of their habits.

    We have decided you won't be living with the Faye's because angels are meant to do the best thing in every situation and for everybody's interest which can be a bit over bearing. I know that teenagers will get into trouble and will act out and well, won't always be nice.

    The Warren's would take you but every teenage, well, if a new person was to come into any child's home they will act up and more times than not, not be OK with it. With them knowing magic that can do a lot of harm and mess with a human along with that intruding feeling it won't be the best idea for you to live with them.

    So you that leaves the Lakaon's, due to medical conditions Elizabeth can't have any children. They have managed to have a son but not a daughter which Elizabeth really wants. Also considering you have run into a werewolf that provided to be a good person and left a good impact on you we decided that you will live with the Lakaon's."

    I looked at Elizabeth and James I knew all of that was true by the tears in Elizabeth's eyes. Along with the worry in them, she doesn't have anything to worry about I have no where else to go.

    Putting on a small, warm smile and say, "Thank you for letting me live in you home with your family, I appreciate it a lot."

    "That is all I have to say on the matter. James will tell you everything you need to know and conditions."    He looked at James as a sign for him to start telling me the conditions they have decided on.

    "Well since you are a human and are still getting your strength and health up we have decided to get you the best fighting and self defense trainer to teach you. My sons school has already had their last day of school but he will be leaving tomorrow to go football camp until whenever the coach thinks they are fit enough and are ready to come home. Yes, that's a long time but they didn't do so good this year so the couch is drilling them. We hope to have you as well as a fighter as your trainer by the time he is back.

    That is really the only condition for you along as the house rules but I know you won't give us any trouble and will follow them."

    "Thank you. I actually had plans on doing that but I didn't really know how, thank you!"

    "No need to thank us, we want to give you the best new start as we can and it's kind of a no brainer." He and his wife have a soft smile upon there faces and warm eyes.

    "Well with all of that out of the way let's get you to your new home."

    On the way out all of them said goodbye  and nice to meet you Nevaeh to me and that I will be seeing more of them.

    In the elevator on the way down Elizabeth was really giddy and excited, she was literally bouncing up and down.

    Me and James shared a look and just chuckled.
