tylers hands carded through josh's curly and greasy hair. his hair was oily due to the fact that tyler had been playing with it nervously.

you see, josh hadn't showered cause he's been in a terrible car accident. tyler hardly left the others side. besides whispering loving things, and holding his hand tightly; playing with josh's hair was the only way he felt better about the situation.

"Tyler Dun?" the nurse called out after walking in the room.

the terrified boy stood up, "yes?"

she briefly explained his current state, he was going to be okay; they were going to slowly take him off the pain killers to ease him awake.

a happy, and hopeful smile appeared on tylers lips. "great, thank you so much Melanie" he said and nodded.

tyler sat back down next to josh, "They're going to wake you up now. i'm here, you're going to be okay like i said before. nothings going to happen." he said and kissed josh's head.
tyler was ushered out of the room
so they can change out what they needed to and reduce the medication.

about a few hours later josh was beginning to stir and blinked a bit. he saw tyler sitting there with an excited expression. "Oh my god it's so great to see your eyes again. i've missed you so much" he said and hugged him.

josh looked up at the boy, "Who are you?" he asked tilting his head. josh was very weak, his voice strained.

tyler pulled away, "What? what. no..." he was going to press the button to call melanie in. "I'm tyler. i'm your husband," he said on the brink of tears. "You cant forget me." he mumbled his breathing staggering a bit.

josh laughed weakly, he felt bad though about doing this. "i know baby boy, im just messing with you." he said and reached his arm out to kiss tyler, but the other was pulling away.

"you're a dick!" he yelled hitting josh's arm, but not too hard. "I was so worried! and you pulled that on me!!" he huffed.

"I'm sorry baby, i was just teasing you. can you kiss me now? you can yell later." he said beckoning tyler over to him.

in a few steps tylers lips were pressed on josh's and they kissed lovingly and tenderly, for they have missed each other so much.
