Episode 10: The Bad Girls (Nicole Caldwell, Christie Pierce and Hayley “Grace” Summers)

Nicole: Well, hello ladies! Good to see you again!

Christie: You too, Nic!

Grace: It's good to be back.

Christie: So, let's jump right into it! Nicole...you and Rook?

Grace: Oh, yeah! Give up the details!

Nicole: Well, I had been a fan of Rook when he came to VGW last year. I really got interested when he and Cake became Bishop and Cakeoline because I love that supernatural stuff. The creepy, horror-type gimmick was so cool!

Grace: When did you two first meet?

Nicole: Umm, during Cake’s campaign to get Rook a girlfriend. And the crazy thing about it is that Rick C actually pointed out that we both did the same steel step spot to another couple: Steven and Ashley!

Christie: I remember that!

Grace: I saw the tattoo! Did you?

Christie: I did! What'd you think about it, Nic?

Nicole: I actually thought it was weird, Rook getting my name tattooed on himself. We had just met a few weeks prior, we were still getting to know each other; it was just so fast.

Grace: I thought that was sweet.

Nicole: It definitely was.

Christie: Did he do anything for your birthday?

Nicole: He actually bought me a bracelet with a lot of British charms on it, like a little flag, a teacup…

Grace and Christie: Awwwww!!

Nicole: That was very touching and it just….it just made my birthday more special.

Grace: Soooooo…...did you and Rook--

Nicole: No, we haven't had sex yet.

All three laugh.

Christie: Did you meet his daughter yet?

Nicole: I haven't yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

BREAK

Grace: Christie, can I be honest with you?

Christie: Sure.

Grace: Before I met you, I heard that you had a reputation of being a bitch.

Christie: Yeah, I heard that. I can explain that. I was the first woman to graduate from the Rage School of Wrestling, and I had a huge chip on my shoulder. No one could not tell me anything. So I was a bit of a bitch backstage. I even insulted Julie Gresham and looking back on it, I realized that I was so wrong.

Nicole: Did she accept your apology on Google+?

Christie: She did. I'm glad that we were able to get past that.

BREAK

Nicole: Hayley, we know the story, but what was the deal with your first VGW run?

Grace: Well, I debuted during VGW2K12 [WWE ‘12] and I was not getting booked very much. I did a little something with Janet Houston and Amazonia, with the anti-diva campaign, but it ended too quickly. So I was dating Andrew Morris from NYX and he promised to talk to Status Quo about getting me a push. After a few months, I was getting impatient, so I went to Status myself to ask a few questions about my position. He heard me out and we worked out some ideas, but Andrew didn't like me going behind his back, so he threatened my career. So I did a lot of…..sexual things for him, but we were dating, so it wasn't that bad. It was just when I didn't want to have sex with him was it a problem, and when he brought in his friend Trent [Cooper], it was completely uncomfortable. I didn't want Drew to get me fired, so I did what he asked.

Nicole: Oh, God! I knew there was a reason I hated those two!

Christie: I know! I remember when Kelcy [Laurens] used to date Trent, he cheated on her with my friend Amy from back home.

Grace: Was she a wrestler?

Christie: No, she's not in the business. So, what happened next?

Grace: One day, at an event in Colorado, Status Quo caught me with Drew and Trent at the same time. Now, Status always told us that our private life was our private life; just don't bring it to work. We got caught and Status fired all three of us.

Nicole: Oh, wow.

Christie: That's crazy.

Grace: Yeah, but Dave Daniels got Status to reconsider. So, when I told the brass my story and how everything went down, Drew and Trent tried to throw me under the bus, as if I asked for this! But eventually the truth came out, Drew and Trent got fired and got suspended. I haven't heard from either of them since except Drew really did reach out to me to apologize….three years after the fact! I just cannot believe that they tried to throw me under the bus.

Christie: Do you guys still talk?

Grace: No. They were both supposed to come back during VGW2K14 [WWE2K14], but Trent went back to the indies, and Drew just turned down the offer because he was still so embarrassed about the situation.

Nicole: Do you think they'll be at VGW20?

Grace: Very unlikely.

BREAK

Nicole: So are you guys excited about Supremacy?

Grace: I'm excited about Ruck Fules!

Christie: It'll be great to back in the ring again.

Grace: Nic, you've been in the ring with CC girls. How are they?

Nicole: Bloody impressive! I love them.

Christie: I've seen them in the ring. They're great! I heard that you pushed for Lodestar Luminous’s title win at SuperPop.

Nicole: I did. Just doing my part in pushing newer talent.

All three laugh.

Christie: Well, here's to the reformation of The Bad Girls.

Grace: Cheers to that.
