Demogorgon X Reader

Question

The doorbell rang, and I charged down the staircase and crossed the living room with rockets for feet. The entire AV club had arrived, and I guessed that Mike had contacted them after I had told him about El's return, and they trouped upstairs to my room to where Eleven stood next to my bed. Mike stood frozen and silent, as though he had been muted, and a suffocating silence hung over the room, until he found his voice again. 

"El...?"

"Mike." 

Mike rushed forward and embraced the telekinetic in a constricting hug that seemed to last for hours before finally breaking away and showering her with questions. I watched the reunion with a sense of relief. Eleven had returned from wandering and hiding back to Mike and the others, and the most civilized home she had ever known. As the party and excitement died out, the AV club began to make their way down the stairs. I pocketed the box of egos from the refrigerator and handed it to El as she left. Just before she went out the door, she shot me a look of concern, and I guess if I was I her position, I could relate.

"So... Did your friend there settle in well? I hope she didn't break any necks or cause more bouncing houses!" Later that night, the demogorgon had arrived by my bedroom window. He seemed kind of interested in El's paranormal abilities.

"She behaved herself. But she gave me this really scared look when I handed her the box of egos.  I made a deal with her not to tell anyone about us, and in return I gave her extra egos."

"Ha. Egos fix everything then!"

We lay down on the bed together. I knew this was a risk if my parents were to come in and find out that I had a boyfriend from another dimension, but that was very unlikely to happen, and I didn't really care. 

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure."

"What did you think when you first met Eleven?"

"I didn't know. I thought she was just gonna be another person that the Mind Flayer would make me abduct, but then she fought back... And killed me. It seemed impossible but she did, and she sent me back to the Upside Down. When she killed me, I guess she saved me at the same time."

"Well... I guess I'm happy she did."

"I am too."
