So far its been a whole week with agent(y/n). I think that she is beginning to find her way around just well. She handled a nasty case of tooth fairies being let loose from the troll market into an adult establishment under the Brooklyn bridge. She didn't even blink about jumping into action. The library's collection is steadily growing larger as she calls this place her home. Red tries her all the time. Be it testing her or his genuine curiosity of her is growing I'm not quite sure yet. As much as he tries to get under her skin she brushes him off just how a baby sitter would brush of the antics of a toddler they are looking after. (y/n) is a strange girl. The more I get to know her the more I realize not all normal humans are fearful or timid. Not that I thought that all humans were they are just hard to come by. Almost all the new comers were scared at one point or another and it wasn't because of their own safety it was mostly because they had no idea what they were dealing with hence forth they were scared. Lack of education really dose scare most people. But (y/n) wasn't, she ran towards uncertainty with the up most respect and curiosity. It reminded me so much of pops. He would have really enjoyed having another like minded person around. In the good fight simply because they want knowledge and educate others.

"Abe!"

I snap back to attention to realize that (y/n) was calling me in pure excitement.

" Abe?! did you hear me? I got approval from HQ that we can go to the city for a night out as long as we blend in. Now I know they were saying that to be jerks because they dont think your normal-"

"well Im not-"

"Yes you are now listen up!"
She would often yell at me for saying I wasnt normal or that I'm not good for the public view. She thinks its not right of me to think poorly on myself and says that it can reflect in your work and daily effort. So im trying to get used to being positive its a little hard when you're a fish out of water. No pun intended; I can in fact go out of water.

"anyway I came up with an idea. Now there is this underground "scene" in which people who have weird fetishes that involve leather and what not have dance clubs-"

"Ive heard of it yes. A subculture of the goth movement something that has to do with a sexual act called BDSM."

"Well yea...haha i thought with your uniform and mask no one would even take a second glance at you. that way we can get out people watch a little bit and change the scenery. elaborate but also a funny stick it to the boys in HQ. Screw you Manny were gonna break fishstick out for a night on the town. As weird and elaborate as it is. Haha"

" Well it is a rather risky idea.....and Im not found of trouble.....but a change of scenery with you would be nice."

"Soooo? That's a yes?"

"Hell yea Abe stick it to the man!"
"I'd rather not. That's Reds job."
"Pfft he just ruffles some feathers. You're the new bad boy now. They told me that thinking you would never be able to leave the place. Were gonna show em. Plus you don't deserve to live youre whole life locked away from the world and only work. You should at least see some things."
"I appreciate your efforts beyond words."
"I know Abe your such a sap. You know ill always have your back."
