Belated Confession

Jin's POV

Euphoria - a feeling of great happiness and excitement.

This is what I'm feeling right now.

A lot of good things happened and I'm really grateful.

First, we survived the exam week and everyone passed with flying colors.

Second, we're given the whole week to focus on rehearsals before the D-Day so I'm confident that we will be able to impress the Entertainment Companies that will attend tomorrow.

And lastly, Tae.

I squeezed Tae's hand who's sitting beside me. He looked at me and flashed his box smile.

We're listening to Namjoon's instructions for our performance tomorrow before we start the practice.

I started to write something on Tae's palm using my fingers to get his attention.

"I-L-O-V-E--"

"Ya" He nudged me gently and whispered. "Focus"

I pouted before I returned my attention on Namjoon.

Namjoon's POV

"We've been dreaming about this break for a long time. Let's give our best and enjoy our performance tomorrow"

I looked at the eyes of each of my members and I can see the determination and hope in them.

To reach more people through music are always our biggest dream. We've been through a lot as a group and these guys are the closest people in my heart.

"Bangtan Fighting!" we shouted and hugged each other.

Tomorrow will be the biggest performance of our lives and we have to make everyone see what we're working hard for these past years.

After my little speech, my eyes landed on Jin Hyung's perfect face and my heart started to beat fast. He always have this effect in me.

I can still remember that day Yoongi Hyung introduced me to him.

"Joon, this is Jin Hyung. I asked him to be part of our group"

I looked up and for a few seconds, my heart stopped.

To say Jin is beautiful is an understatement.

I'm thankful that I'm wearing sunglasses or else I would look like an idiot in front of this beautiful man. I always wore glasses to cover my face since I'm a bit self conscious on my looks. I was often ridiculed because of it. But it came handy when I want to hide my emotions.

"It's nice to meet you Namjoon-ssi" Jin offered his hand which I eagerly accepted.

"W-welcome to our group. Yoongi Hyung told me you're a singer?"

"I'm not that good, but I will work hard to improve my vocals"

True to his words, Jin Hyung worked the hardest. I often find him spending extra hours to practice his vocals and dance skills.

Jin Hyung is the type of person who can make impossible things possible once he set his mind to it. It gives me strength everytime I feel down.

Also, Jin Hyung helped me accept myself. He's the only one who told me words that I badly needed to hear.

"Namjoon-ssi, why do you always wear glasses?" Jin Hyung asked out of the blue. We're out to give fliers to invite people to watch our performance at the park.

I was caught off guard but I tried to joke about it.

"My face is not as good yours Hyung so it is better to just cover it" I gave an empty laugh. "Also, I don't want to scare the audience if I remove it"

He inched closer. He took off the sunglass and looked at me straight in the eyes.

"You have beautiful eyes Namjoon-ah. It will be a bummer if you'll just hide it. Also, your dimples are really deep so you should smile often. You're gorgeous inside out"

Those words meant the world to me.

"Ya! Why are you crying?" Jin Hyung pulled me in a tight hug.

For the first time, I let someone else see my pain.

And tomorrow, I decided to confess my feelings to Jin Hyung after our performance.

I knew that it's too late for my confession but I don't think anything will change if I told him my feelings sooner.

I already accepted the fact that from then and now, he only have Taehyung in his heart.
