I got thinking about this after the last one.
All marriage is is having a preist/monk/whatever make you say stuff and having a party after. It doesn't mean much to a lot of people, it's just what you're supposed to do. And with divorces on the rise, is their any need to commemorate a relationship that might only last three years?
In the medieval ages marriage was sacred and if you had sex before then you got stoned to death. But now, no one really gives a damn.
Does it mean you love your partner any less if you decide not to waste huge amounts of money on dresses, food, venues and all the rest?
Comment your opinion (although I think I know what EmmaEverAfter will say XD)
