Did I just lose you? (A Rydellington fanfic)

Family dinner

Rydel's POV

It's been a couple of days since that whole confusion.It's September now and since we're going on a mini tour next month,me and Ell decided to go on a vacation.Just the two of us to make up the whole thing.We decided to visit the West Coast so we're going to New York and then Miami for two weeks.It's gonna be amazing if you ask me.But first,we need family dinner since we're traveling tomorrow.That's also my opportunity in making clear to Brandon I wanna be with Ellington so he can stop being so flirty with me.

We are at my parents house and everyone is here.The table is set in the backyard and it's where we are having dinner.My dad and George are making barbecue.It's gonna be a nice dinner.

'Ok,boys...dinner is ready!' I say to the boys who were playing video games in the living room.They get up and go outside.I see Ell standing there looking at me.I open my arms and he comes and hugs me.He kisses my neck and I look up at him.I smile and kiss him.We're kissing when I hear a cough.We let go and I turn around to see Brandon.

'Ohh,hey B' I say putting my arms around Ell.

'I just came to pick my phone I forgot here' he says pointing to the sofa.

'Ohh...got it' Ell says

'You guys should be more careful...you didn't assume your dating to everyone in the world' he says picking his phone.

'But we assumed to everyone in this house and nobody here is a paparazzi to send photos to TMZ...but thanks for concerning,bro' Ell says.He putts his arms around my shoulder and we go to the backyard.Brandon is making himself very obvious lately.I am seeing the scene where Ellington is actually gonna lose his patience with him.

'He's all obvious now,uh?' Ell says almost whispering

'No need to be jealous...let's have a nice normal dinner' I say

He just nods.We sit in the table and dad and George make the pray.We start the dinner and everything goes well.None flirting or anything like that but sure something had to happen.We were talking in the backyard when someone decided to push each other in the pool.Me and Vanessa pushed each other.When I get up,Brandon is close to me.

'Gosh,Brandon,you scared the crap out of me' I say to him

'Sorry...I didn't mean to' he says.I just nod getting out of the pool

'So,Del...Stella is asking about you...wanna make a visit tonight? You can stay over and we can watch some movies' he says behind me

'Ohh B,sorry but like I said,I'm spending some time with Ell.We didn't spend much time together when we first started the actual relationship so I am making up this time.We are actually watching a movie after it.' I say to him.I can see his disappointment.

'Uhh,ok Del...I already told you that I think that's bullshit,right?' he says

'And I already told you I don't care.I love Ell and he didn't think it was bullshit when I spent time with you when you broke up with Tris...and I don't wanna get in the way of you staying tonight with Alexa' I say to him and leave before he can contest.I hope I have make myself clear to him.I really do.

I go to my old room where I find Ell changing clothes.We left some stuffs where when I moved out.

'Hey,you are wet...' I say

'You too...Rocky pushed me inside the pool twice' he says

'So...I talked to Brandon' I start.He immediately stops and looks at me.

'And what happened? What did he say?' He says

'I think I have made myself very clear this time...' I say getting closer to him.He's shirtless and hell,he's hottie.

'Ok then...but next time,if anything happened,I'll fix it in my way...ok?' he says

'Absolutely...no problem...now,I'll go home...will you stay here?' I say

'Is there even a question?...Let me check...Will I want to stay with my girlfriend or with my friends aka her brothers?' he says in a sarcastic way

'Well,make a decision because I can still watch a movie with Brandon' I say joking.

'You're funny,Ms.Lynch...Come here.' he pushes me to a hug.I hug him tightly.He kisses my neck.I kiss his cheek and let go off the hug.

'Let's go home' I whisper to him.We change clothes and leave the room.We say bye to everyone and pick our stuff leaving the house.We get in the car and leave to my apartment.Getting there,I finish packing.Ellington's stuff are already here so we can leave tomorrow together.

'Hey,babe...do you have ice cream?' Ellington asks

'Yeah...I think it has the vanilla one' I say.He loves the vanilla ice cream.

He goes to the kitchen and I go right behind him.I found him having some ice cream

'Hey,I want some' I say standing next to him

'Well,you don't deserve vanilla ice cream' he says joking

'Ohh 😱 That hurts! ' I put my hands on my chest meaning that I was offended.I was joking and he knew that.

'Ohh really? And how can I say that I am sorry?' he says.I know where he wanna go and I wanna go there too.

'Well...I think you know it' I say.He smiles and kisses me.I put my arms around his neck and he lifts me up by the butt putting me on the kitchen stand.We continue kissing and I put my legs around his waist.He picks me up again and takes me to the room.He throws me in bed and goes on top of me.We are in the middle of a make out session when my phone rings.

'Uh uh,you're not answering that' Ell says

'Let me just see who it is...depending on that...I answer' I say.He nods and I pick my phone in the little table next to my bed.The ID says 'Brandon 💥'.I don't answer it and put my phone on mod plain so it won't ring again while charging it.

I go back to bed jumping on Ell's lap.

'Who it was?' He asks looking at me

'Uh...no one that is worth answering now' I say

'It's Brandon,isn't it?' he looks at me and I just nod.

'Doesn't matter...It's not an emergency...' I say and kiss his cheek.

'You're my emergency...' I say whispering in his ear.He kisses me again and lays me in bed.He goes on top of me again.I am really looking forward to spend sometime with him without no one interrupting it.
