                Vito's POV::

   I can hear my heart beat in my ears as I punch the punching bag time and time again, each time harder. I've been doing this for the past hour and its not helping to ease my nerves. The door to the room opens and to my surprise River's parents walk in.
     "Hello," I say. Fin pushes pass them and turns down the music. I glare at him.
    "You spend some time with your new father and mother in law," he says, throwing me a towel for the sweat. I lean against one of the work out machines, crossing my arms over my chest.
    "That's a lot of tattoos," Mr.Buena says. I smirk.
    "There's more," I say. He clears his throat and looks down at his wife whose eyes scale over my body, biting her bottom lip. I chuckle, brushing my hair back.
    "Care to explain why your abusing the poor bag?" She asks once she finally breaks out if her trance. Not sure if I should be weirded out or flattered, I'm both.
    "Just to blow off some steam before I have to get ready," I say. "I didn't get much sleep so I needed to wake myself up."
    "Why couldn't you sleep? Drugs?" He asks. I swear he has it out for me. He's lucky I know how to contain my anger. If I could I would pound us head into the wall until he was unconscious. I don't like to be disrespected.
    "No, there was room on the bed, I'm not used to that," I say.
    "What do you mean?" Why is this conversation happening?
    "Usually your daughter is with me with out son between us until he falls asleep, and we are too tired to just bring him to the bed. I'm not used to it being spacious."
   They side eye each other. "Not to be rude, but are you going to be covering up those tattoos for the wedding?" She asks. I look down at myself.
    "I'm afraid that if I did, River would say no at the alter," I say.
   "I'm sure she'd love it. It would make the pictures look so much more elegant."
    "I had them covered once in front of her and she could hardly look at me and told me to 'put them back on,' cause she didn't like them. So I will not be covering my tattoos."

                  River's POV::

    I look at myself in the mirror, mesmerized by the dress I'm wearing. Never was I one to dream about my wedding day, let alone what my dress would look like. Its beautiful and fits my body perfectly.
    I'm incredibly nervous about today. There's always the possibility of Vito saying no. I'm just waiting for it. For the past year now I've been waiting for him to one day wake up and say he doesn't love me anymore.
     "You look beautiful," Willow says as she buttons the button my lower back to keep everything together. Hermosa and Cyra stand in the corner doing their own makeup. "Nervous?"
    "Extremely," I say shakily.
    "Everything will be great. Vito loves you and you guys have a beautiful family. And this will be a beautiful wedding."

        I wrap my arms around Vito's neck as we sway back and forth. I'm Mrs.Reign. Vito's wife and the mother of his child. The way life can change in such a shirt amount of time shocks me.
    "You look so beautiful," he says, taking a small step back to look at me for the fourth time in an hour. "I can't wait to get out of here with you."
    "When can we leave then?" I ask. He grins, brushes the few straw strands of hair from my braid behind my ears. I run my hands up his buff arms. "I'm sure no one around us would notice if we left; they're all doing their own thing."
     "I'll see, let's go see our son. He's with your parents at their table," he says. I yske his hand and follow him to where my parents are seated. They look up at us, taking their attention off of Bon.
      "That dress looks stunning on you," my mom says. I smile down at her. Vito rolls up his sleeves to his elbows and picks him up.
    "Dada," he says. I kiss his cheek, leaving a lipstick mark on his cheek.
    "Your officially a family now," my dad says as my parents stand. I take in a deep breaths.
    "For the past four months we've officially been a family. Marriage is just to officiate what you already know," I say.
     "Not really. At least when your in an unsteady relationship."
    "Could you please bring this up at a different if not ever? We're just trying to have a good time," Vito says. "We were thinking that we should get going. Hermosa and Xander will be taking Bon for the next week."
     "A week? Isn't that a long time to be away from your child?"
    "I wouldn't be questioning our patenting tactics seeing that you have a daughter that just got married and if the mother of the child of a gang member.".

              Vito's POV::

       I watch as River's eyes roam around the scenery. I reach I'm front if her and unlock the door to the house. We're in a relatively secluded area surrounded by trees and lakes. It's the same place Xander took Hermosa when they got married.
    She walks inside slowly, the back of her dress trailing along. I bend down and pick up the cloth and hold it so it doesn't drag. She stops and looks at me. "Its beautiful," she says.
    "It is," I say, looking at her. I take her hand and lead her around, taking everything in as well. She stops in the middle of the bedroom and looks at the bed, her cheeks heating up. We still haven't done anything since she had our son. First it was just because of the doctors orders, then it was because she wasn't comfortable with her body. "We don't have to do anything."
    "I think it's time I just women go though," she says. I cup her face my hands, staring into her eyes.
    "Then I guess that means I'm not doing anything." She grabs my hand and places at her back, my fingers pressing against the button on her dress.
    "I want this," she says. "At least to just try again," she says. I nod and unbutton the only button the dress. The sleeves slip to her elbows. She takes her hands away from my arms and take it off, letting it slip to the floor.
        I stare at the scar for a second the at her eyes. That scar still means as little to me as it did the first time I noticed it in my car. I place my hand on the other long scar on her lower abdomen, my fingertips brushing against it.
    "I love this scar," I tell her. "It signifies that you sent through hell to bring our son into this world. It doesn't lessen my attention to you," I tell her. Her eyes sparkle with heard as she creases my face with her thumb.
    "I love you so much."
    "I love you too."
