Before this story begins, I'd like to warn everyone that I am very uneducated about Marvel. You see, this fanfic was a dare from a friend. I accepted it because, I have to admit, I have a thing for Loki. I've seen the movies, 'The Avengers', 'Captain America: Civil War' and 'Infinity War'. I barely remember the plot for The Avengers and Civil War so... Pointing out my mistakes of any of the characters would be very much appreciated.
Thank you and I warn you for a last time, I am uneducated on Marvel.
Happy reading, children.

Y/N
You let out a breath as you lifted your mug of hot chocolate to your lips. You took a sip then placed the mug down, turning your head to face the glass next to you. It was late into the night and the cafe was nearing it's closing time. You finished your hot chocolate, leaving the cafe with a goodbye to the workers. As soon as you leave, the cashier moved from the counter and to the glass door, turning the sign to reveal the words. 'Sorry, we're closed!'
You made your way home, grateful for the fact that you lived alone. If not, your parents would have been screaming at you until dawn if you were to reach home at this hour. Once you reached home, you went to your room, stripping yourself of your clothes and putting on pajama shorts and shirt that had pineapples all over them. You tied your hair into a messy bun and looked at the window. Were you too tired to admire the stars? You shook your head as you made your way to the window. You sat down on the mattress that you placed on top of a spare drawer you had. It acted like a tiny bed directly below the window. You opened the windows, smiling at the feeling of cold air hitting your face. You looked up at the pretty night sky. After a few minutes, your head felt heavy which made you rest against the wall of where the window was. You took one find glance at the stars. You raised your eyebrow in confusion as it seemed like a star was moving. Sleep caved into you, the thought of the moving star slipping from your mind and left you asleep.
The following morning, you awoke from the sound of a bird chirping. Your eyes opened and saw a tiny bird happily chirping beside you as if it were telling you it was time to awake. "Hello there," you gently said, carefully moving your finger towards it. The bird hopped on your finger, chirped then flew away. You closed your windows, yawning as you made your way downstairs to the kitchen. As you passed by a living room and saw a male sitting on the couch. You shrugged as you went to the kitchen, your roommate was up early. You stop in the middle of your kitchen. You lived alone.
You rushed out of the kitchen and looked at the couch. No one was there. You tilted your head, you could have sworn someone was there. Get ahold of yourself, Y/N. You told yourself. First a moving star, now a man on your couch? You shake your head, going back into the kitchen. You took a bowl, a box of cereal and milk. You took your bowl in hand, about to make your way to the living room and have your breakfast while watching a random documentary, when a voice spoke. "Do you consume this, Midgardian?" The voice frightened you causing you to drop your bowl. The milk and cereal went all over the place. You stare at the man in front of you, wide eyed. "You wasted a perfectly good meal, Midgardian!" The man had raven hair, his hair resting on his shoulders. He was dressed oddly. Had he came from a cosplay convention? Y/N! This man broke into your home and your concerned about his attire? "Who are you?" you mumbled, your heart racing. "Loki of Asgard. Lord of-"
"Mischief and lies," you finished his sentence. He smirked, "So you know me, Midgardian?" You knew you were shaking. You are in embarrassing clothes in front of a really hot cosplayer. Y/N! HE JUST BROKE INTO YOUR HOUSE! "I know Loki doesn't exist. G-Get out before I call the police!" You said, raising your voice. "I'm fearful indeed," he sarcastically said. "Do you not believe that it is I, Loki?" You shook your head. You took a shard of the broken bowl and waved it at him. "If you don't leave, I might do something I regret!" You said, mustering the courage. He took a step towards you. "Midgardians' intelligence is quite questionable. They don't even recognize their own king." You took a step forward to him, pointing the shard to his neck. He let out a chuckle then vanished. Your hand dropped to your side and you looked around. "I'm going crazy living alone," you muttered to yourself as you started to clean up. "Maybe I should sechudle a doctor's appointment," you said jokingly to yourself. You hated doctors, you would never want anything to do with them.
You made another bowl of cereal, again, about to turn to head to the living room when he appeared in front of you. "Thank you for your generosity, Midgardian." He said, taking the bowl from your hands and walking to the couch. Wait.. "Midgardian, come and help your king." You narrowed your eyes, rolling your eyes. Sure, he could possibly be Loki but he was starting to get irritating. "This Midgardian has a name," you said as you approached him with crossed arms. "Why should I help you? Are you really even Loki?" He grinned. Soon, multiple Lokis surrounded you. "Midgardian, if I were to refer to you with the name you were given, would you serve me?" You looked at Loki with a unbelievable stare. The other Lokis disappear.
"You aren't even a king, why should I treat you as one?"
