Chapter 13

"little Zia please..." Lance calling me from the door for breakfast. I woke up an hour ago but didn't bother to get up thinking about what happened last night. well.. I'm not that mad anymore.. embarrassed maybe. I don't want to go out cause I don't know how to face him. I woke up this morning with his blanket on me, and as far as I remember I didn't took it away from him when I storm in to this room madly.

"I'm coming in!" I heard Lance voice again. I don't care, I don't want to go out,  maybe later when Brian's gone. I heard the door opened and closed.

"hey.. sleepy head.. let's go and eat, I'm hungry.. Brian doesn't want me to touch his food until you dine in." he sat at the edge of my bed, I mean, Brian's bed. "I heard you guys had a fight last night.?" he asked. "Zia.. look at me." I snapped a glare at him "what happened?" I ignored his question. "I don't understand, you two aren't lovers yet but you already have a quarrel!?"

Lance is a beautiful person inside and out, at his age of 21 he already graduated in college, same as Brian.

"okay.. I'm super starving and its already 9 in the morning Zia! you pushed me to do this.!" I screamed shrilly, when he took me up and carry me out of the room. he put me down the table with a lot of different kind of breakfast.!? its a lot!! and the most shocking news is that... there's two other people around the table too!! and guess what?? all eyes are on me. plus!... both of them are heavenly handsome!!

"here is the princess!" Lance said before he sat beside me.

"are you okay?" Brian said. I glanced at him. well, my bad.. he wasn't  asking me. he was asking Lance.

"yeah dude, I'm fine. her weight  I guess is just about 50  or more." he stated with smirk and i heard the two new faces chuckled. what?! 50+?!

"excuse me?! I'm just 40!" I corrected. and maybe I should have stayed in silent.. all the boys laughed at me. I felt embarrassed but then, I've managed to stay with my talented angry face, and they all stopped.

"by the way guys this is Zia Jamiella Zurich, the one that I've told you who rescued Brianna from those rapist." the two guys nodded and introduced themselves at me. there is Dave and Jude. all of them are handsome I admit. and they all have that killer smile.

"okay, I will lead the prayer, I'm so hungry." Lance said. really? they pray before eating? that's unique.

after the said prayer, the boys dig in. I was only watching them eating, and I found it cute. I just snapped on my plate when Brian put a double pancake with egg and bacon down for me. sweet.

"eat." he ordered. I glanced at him without any emotion on my face. all eyes landed on Brian's side when he took a bite on his pancake with egg and bacon just like mine. the guys made a silence stare at him. "what?" he asked them.

"dude, you said you don't eat pancake?" I heard the guy Dave  asked.

"that was before.. see? I'm eating them now." all dudes just exchanged a stare before they turned their focus on each meals. "its delicious when its hot Zia.. eat them now." he told me..

after eating I headed up to my room. I forgot i was only on my pajamas so I have to change. but before I shove my self in, Brian called me from the living room.

"Zia come here." when I turn around I saw them, all eyes again on me.

"why?" I asked.

"I have something to say.." he looks so serious. I hope its nothing to do about my attitude last night. is he going to embarrass me in front if his friends?

"I'm having a party night later at my old house, come with us..." he stated.

we just arrived at Brian's  old home. I heard from Dave that Brian bought this place a year ago with his highschool sweetheart. the said sweethearts broke up six months ago and that, this is the first time and gonna be the last time they were gonna have a party here since the said sweethearts broke up.
