Dear Diary,
Finally I can write about the twins' Birthday party and our Christmas! I've been so tred lately with this pregnancy. My family loves feeling the babies kick. Sometimes it hurts.
So, December 18th was the twins' first birthday. Jacob and I woke up early to set up for the party. We had two cakes- one for each twin. Janessie's cake was chocolate with purple icing all around the top and in yellow frosting Jacob wrote on it 'Happy 1st Birthday Janessie!" E.J's cake was chocolate with covered with green frosting and written in brown icing was "Happy 1st Birthday Edward Jacob!" The cakes were beautiful. I put a wolf ring on Jness's cake and a little edible forest picture on E.J's. The round cakes looked absolutely beautiful! I just had to take pictures of them and post them on my TweetBook account. It's a website kind of like what used to be twitter and Facebook.
Janessie and E.J woke up about two hours later. They were excited especially when they saw the balloons and streamers all over. I cooked them eggs and sausage for breakfast. Since, they're the size of two-year-olds they gobbled it down. Jacob had to keep them from playing and popping balloons. It was 10:00 a.m and my family would be over at 11:00. Jake and I got the twins dressed after ten minutes. Janessie refused to wear the shirt and skirt I picked out. She wanted to wear a dress. E.J didn't seem to care what he wore. For a while they played with each other and followed me and Jacob around the house. I was getting some food out for the party when my family came into the house. Of course they wouldn't knock or ring the doorbell.
Both of the twins screeched with excitement. E.J ran over to Esme.
"Nana Esmeee!" E.J screamed, "It's ouw biwthday today! Me and Janessie awre one!"
"Happy Birthday Janessie and E.J" Esme told them.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Emmett,Jasper,Rose,and Alice said to them.
Just then Seth, Leah, Isabel, Maddie, Brianna, and Lulu came into the house. Isabel seemed to have trouble carrying Lulu and two gifts. I went to help her and take Lulu, but she refused to let me saying I'm too pregnant. I didn't argue I was big then. I'm even bigger now. So, Jacob took the gifts and set them on the table. Everyone went to the living room and sat down and talked for a while. Isabel was quiet and looked kind of scared for a little bit then she warmed up.
"Are you all related to Renesmee?" Isabel asked.
"Everyone of us is related to Renesmee except for Seth and Leah" My dad told her point towards Leah and Seth, "Over on that couch is Renesmee's grandpa Carlisle and next to him is Esme, Nessie's grandma. Then on that couch from left to right is Emmett, Rosalie, Jasper, and Alice. They're her aunts and uncles."
"So then you um...Mr. Cullen...you're her dad and her mom is next to you?" Isabel questioned.
"Yes. That's my wife,Bella." Dad responded.
"You all look...so alike! It's just umm sorry but it's kind of weird." Isabel whispered.
"It's alright Isabel. We get that a lot. I agree it is very weird." Carlisle told her.
"Okay Janessie and E.J want to open presents?" I asked to change the topic.
"Yes momma!" The twins exclaimed.
I went to get the presents. Jake jumped up to help me take the gifts to the twins. There were two large gifts that Jacob took. The twins had a sparkle in their eyes. I got the camera out and took pictures of them. Esme and Carlisle had gotten the twins toddler beds. No more cribs for them. It's great...kind of. They can get out of bed whenever they want. Janessie's bed was red and pink with animal faces. E.J's was Blue and dark green with car and truck designs. Jacob put the beds to the side so he could put them together upstairs. Rosalie got Janessie lots of hair clips, hair bands, and headbands. For E.J she got him some vampire "action figures" since, we know that he won't eat them...like normal 1-year-old babies would. Emmett and Jasper gave Janessie a doll house that they made. Then they gave E.J a medium sized race car track. Alice got Janessie dolls and a purple canopy for her bed AND clothes. Of course Alice gave E.J clothes too and gave him race cars and race trucks. Oh Alice. Seth gave Janessie one of the Quileute versions of the promise rings...just like the type Jacob gave me when I was a baby. Leah gave E.J some ball that could turn into a gray wolf when you pressed a button. I can honestly say it was very odd. Both of the Clearwater siblings gave the twins toys for the pool. Finally, Isabel gave both of the twins mobiles for their beds and stickers that can go on the walls and be peeled off. The twins ran up after opening each present and gave everyone a hug. I got so many pictures of them. Later everyone(except my family) had cake. Then Isabel and her children left, then my family, and finally Leah and Seth. I was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch with Janessie in my arms.
I'm just going to say Christmas was amazing. The twins enjoyed their second Christmas so much with everybody their. Esme decorated the house with decorations and it was just so amazingly beautiful. My pregnancy hormones got a hold of me and I started crying of happiness. The triplets must have also been excited for, they were kicking me hard. Everyone could feel them kicking. A few times they all kicked hard at the same time I almost passed out. I guess they're going to be strong.
