Steven: SHUT UP CONNIE! JUST SHUT UP! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IVE BEEN TROUGH IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS, I JUST FOUND OUT IM A DIAMOND, MY MOM LIED TO MY FAMILY, MY BEST FRIEND IS STILL OUT IN SPACE, LAPIS IS LONG GONE! I CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE STRESS! AND YOU'RE PART OF IT
connie: Steven? What are you talking about?
Steven: what am I ? WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT!? WHEN I GOT BACK FROM HOMEWORLD INSTEAD OF BEING HAPPY FOR ME YOU JUST LEFT! AND TOOK LION WITH YOU! HE WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD TALK TO LARS! NOT ONLY THAT! BUT YOU LEFT ME THINKING THSMAT YOU HATED ME FOR A WHOLE WEEK, oh wait YOU DO! AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE ONLY THING YOU CARE ABOUT IS STEVONNIE!
Connie: *tears up* Steven..
Steven: no, just leave me alone.
Connie was about to run after but was held back by amethyst
Amethyst: you have no idea how he feels, back off
*Connie looks at garnet and pearl who shake there heads at her in disapproval*
*amethyst walks outside to see Steven staring at the ocean, she proceeds to sit next to him*
Amethyst: hey..
Steven: hi amethyst.
Amethyst: Im sorry for the way connies been treating you lately
Steven: if anything I wish she'd understand
Amethyst: i do.
*Steven looks at amethyst in surprise*
Amethyst: yeah Steven, I do understand! Were both defective, were both insecure, and we both have somthing wrong with us, but diamond or not, I still love you for who you are, dont ever think anything at all could change that, *hugs him* Connie dosn't understand jack and squat about gems, all she cares about is stevonnie, besides Steven, its not like you ever lied to us, or shattered anyone, you're to nice to do any of that. *kisses his cheek*
Steven: *tears up* y-you mean it?
Amethyst: of course I do steven, you're everything to me.
Steven: well, in that case, amethyst? Can I tell you somthing?
Amethyst: sure dude!
Steven: well, ever since we fused I felt, a connection, kinda like garnet, I realized how insecure you were, just as much as me. And I want to be the light that guides you through the dark, the clown who helps you when your down, I wanna just, be there, I-I love you amethyst more than like a brother
Amethyst: *blushes* Steven ive been wanting to say that since that day! Ive felt closer to you! I wanted to be with you! But i was too scared to ask because I thought you liked Connie..
Steven: *holds her chin and smirks* I Don't anymore.
*he then proceeds to kiss her, causing amethyst to blush, but then she kissed back, causing them to fuse*
Smoky: *yawns and stretches* ahhh.. Its good to be back...
