Smiling as brightly as ever, Ezor skipped into the hanger, after seeing the Paladin rush in there.

Her smile only widened as she saw the single possible hiding spot in the whole hanger, a pile of boxes.

  gotcha

She bounced over the boxes with a swift leap landing crouched directly in front of a shocked Paladin. "Hello, paladin" she imitated, lowering her voice in an attempt to sound more like Lotor.

She smiled widely at the scrunched up figure in front of her, looking for some kind of acknowledgement.

Ezor got no reaction, well not the reaction she was looking for. The Paladin had shrunk himself closer to his chest, his head lowered even further into his knees.

  "Something wrong?"

The paladin just sighed, lifting his head to lean against the metal boxes. Ezor's face lit up, expecting the boy to speak.

Nothing, he just stayed, only tensing to breath.

"O-kay" Ezor smiled, hoping it would travel to the Blue Paladin. "Whats your name?"

"What would it matter to you?." The voice caught Ezor by surprise, it was so different to what he said on the Bridge.

"Well," she scratched her head, what was she to say? Isn't it normal for people to ask your name?

The boy sighed, "Lance, it's Lance"

Taking her hand from her head, Ezor smiled at the human. "Awesome, I'm Ezor."

Lance started to grow a smile, from the energy coming off of the half Galra.

Ezor watched the Paladins ocean blue eyes, as trust began to fill them. Giving a confident smile Lance spoke, "do you always have so much energy?"

Ezor laughed as she began jumping around in front of Lance, only proving his point. "I get told that from everyone I meet." The multicoloured chameleon stopping jumping around, landing with her hands on her knees directly in front Lance. "I'm almost certain Zethrid has more energy than me."

The tanned boy laughed. "Well yeah, but she is more of smash-destroy" he deepened his voice for the last two words. "Whilst you seem full of cheer and happiness."

Ezor moved her left hand onto her cheek. "Is that so?"

Lance nodded, finally relaxing down into the boxes.

"We should ask what the others think!" Ezor Immediately regretted the sentence.

Lance curled back into himself, the smile Ezor had worked so hard to create demolished, the old broken tone returning. "Could we not?"

Ezor cringed at the hurt present on the 'blue' paladins face. He smiled yes, but the smile was obviously forced.

Ezor quickly sat down next to the paladin. Bumping him slightly to let him know she was there.

They just sat in comfortable silence, Ezor fine with just being emotional support.

"So Lance," Ezor broke the silence, "why don't you want to see the other generals?"

Lance lifted his head, looking directly into Ezor's eyes. "Because I would just be a bother."

"A bother? What do you mean?"

"You all have the jobs you need to complete don't you?"

  Ezor nodded. "We do, but-"

"I don't want to get in the way like I did on the castle."
