"Pidge, Hunk, how is the tracker doing?" Allura stood, her arms crossed.
They had planted this tracker straight after the first meeting. The point of it was so they would know where Lance is, and they could retrieve him at a seconds notice.

  "It's gone Allura."

The whole scene fell flat. No-one willing to speak up. Why would they? The only thing holding the team on the sane side of the cliff, had just been given away.

  Then came the blaming.

"Pidge, you were meant to make sure that no-one would ever be able to find it!" Allura yelled at the green lion.

"I did, it was hidden in a place no-Galran would think to look!" Pidge screamed back.

And so the war began. Everyone screaming and yelling at each other. Not a single person letting the slightest hint of hate be forgotten.

"I miss Lance." The bickering stopped at Hunk's words. "He would know the exact right words to say."
Everyone looked down to the ground. "If he was here, we wouldn't even be fighting."
Hunk instantly fell into tears, soon followed by the rest the castle.

"Why didn't we fight against the plan more, Allura?" Pidge's sad voice traveled into everyones hearts.

"I don't know." Allura replied, using Coran to keep standing.

"Then why are we mopping around!" The voice was stern, causing all the Paladins to look up at the current Black Paladin, Keith.
"We should be continuing to save the universe, we can't just stop because we lost Lance."

There was disgust on Allura's face. Her mind racing at the idea of continuing to work whilst the Red Paladin could be going through who know's what. "Kei-" she started.

"And then in out spare time we can work on looking for Lance." Keith lifted his head, looking each Paladin in the eye. "This way, the Galra think that we aren't looking for him, and still help the universe." Keith smiled sweetly, the smile you only see when he is looking at (or thinking of) Lance. "He would of wanted it that way."

Allura nodded, giving a small smile. The plan would work if they play it correctly. "Good suggestion." Allura looked at all the other paladins thinking about their strengths and weaknesses.

She clapped her hands together. Resting her hands on her hip as she began to speak "Pidge, Hunk, can you use the connection between Red and Lance to find him?

They bobbed there heads in a 'yes'.

"Great, then can you get to work on that?"

They nodded again, running off with a smile planted on there faces.

"Keith, Shiro, and Coran," she motioned to the three of them, "can you think of strategies, to use with only four of the lion?"

The trio ran to the training room. Already chatting about ideas.

"And I'll see if there are any transmissions that could be related to Lance in anyway."

Allura left the room, walking to the bridge, so she could begin her part of the plan.

She had been listening for hours. There had been no signal that indicated Lance's existence, nor anything that would seem suspicious. It was like the whole Galra empire had been censored.

At one point whilst she was listening, she heard one of the Galran generals speak of Hagar moving, but it had quickly been stopped just before any locations were given.

Allura rubbed her eyes. It was getting late. The lights of the castle had darkened to help them all sleep.

Rubbing her eyes, once again as she left the bridge to send the other Paladins to sleep.

She found Hunk and Pidge on the lounge, discussing what to do.

"Hey, Hunk how is the tracker going?" She stood in the doorway, trying her best to keep her eyes open.

"Well-" he yawned "just have to decide on the design."

She walked over to the lounge looking over Pidge's shoulder. "I see."

She made sure that Pidge had finished with one of her minutely saves, before she grabbed the Laptops screen to close the device. "Time to rest."
Both Pidge and Hunk looked at her like she had gone mad. "You both need sleep, just look at you." She indicated to the bags hanging below their eyes, the way they would yawn every couple of minutes. "Go to your rooms now!"

They both stood, Pidge forgetting her laptop on the couch as she moved to the door.

She gave a sigh as they left, time for the difficult ones.

After grabbing Pidge's laptop off the couch and placing it on the table, she left to the training deck.

As she entered the bright room, she saw a hologram of Voltron slashing down a Galran ship.
"What's going on!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. "I asked you to form plans that we don't need Voltron for!"

"Allura, I think it's best we find a new paladin for Red." Shiro stepped forward. "It seems like the best course of action."

"He's only been gone for a couple of days." Allura's voice shot through the room. "When you vanished we waited for months!"

"But this is different,"

"In what way?" She tilted her head, giving Shiro a deadly look.

"He isn't the leader, whilst I was." Shiro took another step forward. "He is also useless, whilst I wasn't." He took another step, looking down at the fuming Altean. "He is nothing but a seventh wheel."

That was it. Allura punched Shiro across the room. "Don't talk about a team mate like that."
She lifted her fingers to the screen showing possible manoeuvres she had thought of whilst she was listening to transmissions. "Here, many possibilities we could choose from." She looked Shiro dead in the eye, shooting daggers into his head.

"Allura, wh-what happened." She span around to the dazed Keith leaning against the wall. He was struggling to stand up.

Through her anger Allura had failed to remember the others who she had sent to help Shiro.
Running her eyes around the room in a panic, she spots Coran unconscious against the far wall.
She runs to Keith, leaning down beside him. "What happened?"
