Lost and Found

Chapter 3

"Paladins, make your way to the bridge, we're getting a SOS from a galra ship" Allura's voice echoed around the ships as the five paladins of voltron made their ways to the ship's bridge. "The SOS was received just a few ticks ago onboard a galra ship we know well" Allura stated bringing up the coordinates for the signal. "Morvok, but I thought we scared that guy away!?" Lance yelled with an annoyed look on his face. "so did I Lance, but apparently he has taken prisoners, his reason to is unknown but hopefully once you arrive on the ship and save the prisoners, we may discover the reason" Allura looked concerned as the paladins suited up and set off towards the ship. "Coran..." the older altean turned to the princess "yes princess?" he raised eyebrow at the princess's expression "that signal wasn't a normal SOS signal... it was Altean" Allura looked at the monitor that showed the ship holding two possible altean prisoners.

"Guards bring the humans to the bridge, we have things to discuss" Morvok grinned snidely as Zoe looked at ami out the corner of her eye "Ami, what's going to happen?" Zoe asked quietly. Ami sighed "I don't know zo, I don't know" she didn't know, she couldn't, no one could know what was going to happen. "Now, red haired human, tell me where you lion is... or else I will have to dispose of your fellow paladin" at his words a knife was put to Zoe's neck once again. "Hey don't hurt her, we don't know what the hell you're talking about!" Ami yelled becoming frustrated, this freaking alien kept threatening Zoe's life and if she didn't give him some sort of answer, he would take it.

"Since you seem to not want to tell me the lions where abouts, you are forcing me to do this... guards take her to the integration room, I have business with the small one" he grinned evilly, showing his sharp canines as ami was grabbed by two galra soldiers. "Hey n-no don't hurt her, we don't know anything!" ami yelled as she was dragged away. "Hm, she has her mother's fiery spirit" Zoe's eyes where wide with terror as he stepped towards her. "Now time to find the lions" a crackle of electricity made a scream escape Zoe's mouth.

"So Shiro what exactly is the plan to rescue these prisoners?" Pidge asked as she eyed the two blips, one located in the bridge, the other a different room on the ship. "From the signals the prisoners are separated so we'll have to split up" Shiro said as the lions moved closer to the galra battle ship. "Pidge, Hunk you two search the west side of the ship, Keith and Lance you're with me" the five paladins separated to find the prisoners. "How many more corridors are there" Lance complained, they had been trying to follow the signal but the galra ship was messing with it. "Lance stop complaining, if you don't shut your mouth the galra will know that we're here" Keith said quietly as they followed shiro to a corridor with more doors. Lance was about to start complaining again, but was interrupted as the three heard yells and something breaking. "In there" Shiro used his metal arm to disarm the locks allowing the paladins to enter the room. They were faced with few soldiers and took them out quickly. Shiro turned his attention to the figure chained to the wall. "Miss, are you okay?" shiro asked he started breaking the chains. The red haired girl gasped as she fell to the ground. "miss-" shiro didn't get to finish his sentence as the girl jumped up and started running away. "Hey where are you going?!" Keith shouts after her, he starts chasing after her. "I have to find Zoe!" she yelled back Shiro shared a look of confusion with lance before following after the girl and Keith.

The girl gasped sharply as Keith grabbed her arm pulling her back "hey-!" she stopped as she looked at Keith's icy glare "you can't just run of like that in a galra ship" she huffed and looked at the three paladins. "Look, I don't need some stranger slowing me down whilst I'm looking for Zoe" Keith eyes softened slightly. "This stranger saved your life" her eyes widened slightly before narrowing again. "Look we just want to help you, and since we were the only people to receive your signal, we're the only help your going to get" Shiro said from behind Keith, the red head furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "What signal?" Lance caught up to the three and huffed taking deep breaths of air. "Maybe it's that flashing light on your bracelet" the girl looked down at her bracelet, finally noticing the small light that was flashing continuously. "I think I know how to find Zoe" she looked up with a determined look on her face.
