Keira's POV

        Hey hey hey everyone! It's Macy with another POV of Keira's! Yay! So how did you all like my last chapter? Bad? Okay. I see how it is- jk jk.

        I was starring at the announcer. It was taking an eternity when it probably was only taking about 10 seconds,"SHARK COAST HIGH!" My heart legit sank. No first, second, or even third. A look of disappointment flashed over our whole team and by then I started to realize the real pain in my ankle. The excitment from waiting to lose probably made me not even realize it.

        The odd part was that nobody got up or screamed. Everyone looked around for the school, but nobody got up to claim first prize. "Shark Coast High?" the announcer asked again. Then a man with a paper came up and whispered to him. I looked at Matt who even looked a little disappointed.

        "Um- I'm uh sorry that you guys didn't win...personally I thought you guys were the best," a voice spoke.

        I legit then almost jumped out of my skin. Obviously the person I was staring at talked to me, "Uhh t-thank y-you," I said very shaky.

        "No problem," he flashed a sad smiled and stuck his hand out,"Matt Espinosa"

        I crawled over to the edge of the stage and shook his hand,"I know, I'm a huge fan," I admitted,"I'm Keira, Keira Casan," When I said that his smiled went from sad to sort of happy. He was about to say something when...

        "Ladies and Gentlemen! We have made a team name mistake! The team that has won is ATLANTIC COAST HIGH" all of a sudden my whole team got up and was screaming and hugging. Kendall was on someone's shoulders and I tried to get up but my ankle was in too much pain I collapsed. Oh God- I held my ankle tight. Good thing we won't have another competition for a few months.

        I looked back at Matt who was grinning and clapping,"Told you that your team was in fact the best" He said that and I couldn't believe it. I crawled over to him and hugged him over the edge of the side cause I had to hug someone with being all excited and all, and who better would it be then Matthew Espinosa himself? Once in a lifetime opportunity! 

        "Thank you thank you thank you, that's huge coming from you- and sorry for going all fan girl but really!" I said still hugging him.

        He patted my back, laughing and said,"Your very welcome, and I've had much worse fangirl moments Keira,"

        Our team was done being all excited and I sat near Matt, cause like I said, once in a lifetime opportunity! Too bad it was a time I was looking really bad- My makeup is probably smudged, hair all crazy, I'm probably sweating, and I'm holding ice on my ankle. All of a sudden, while I was thinking of my darned ankle a huge shot of pain went through my leg. I winced slightly. Dang... just wow. I knew I would screw up my full but hurt myself in the making? Added bonus. Note the sarcasm people. Note it.

        Kendall couldn't stop looking at the trophy. I couldn't blame her. It was big, gold, and the statue on the top was cool. It would probably go to our school- Hmpf I think Kendall should get it. She's team captain so. Yeah.

        We won though. I get a hotel, spa, and a trophy! I wonder if Matt would wanna come along. I just laughed at the thought. 'He's too busy and wouldn't go with a 13 year old anyway, one he barely knows too. The odds are stacked up against me. Sadly.'

        The announcer started to wrap up the competition and I was sad. It was already over? Nooo- Matt I don't want it to be over! I want to stay with you! 

        I looked at Matt while the announcer man was rambling on and on,"Hey do you wanna hang out with my best friend Kendall and I and walk around a bit? Well," I looked down at my ankle, "I might need crutches but I dunno..." I shrugged and asked him.

        Ha, I mean he's probably gonna say no cause;

        1. He's famous

        2. He doesn't want to hang out with a 13 year old girl

        3. He probably has better things to do

        "Sure, I'd love to," he replied.

        Wait- what? Yes? HE SAID YES! "Okay cool so we'll meet you after and we can go on all the rides and eat all the food and stuff!" I grinned.

        "Okay that'll be fun,"

        "One question though, why aren't you doing anything? I mean your famous and girls are all over you and just- how are you not busy?" I asked

        "Oh I just needed a break, so I took one," he shrugged

        I nodded,"That's cool"

        Then, the other cheer teams started to file off the stage. I made the mistake of trying to get up, but I couldn't. Dang- Kendall and the rest of the team walked off the stage without realizing I was missing! Wow...what a best friend...Just kidding she's great.

        Kendall finally must've noticed and ran back.

        "Keira!" she looked over and must've seen Matt and being the best friend she is, wriggled her eyebrows without him noticing. "Get up we gotta go!"

        "Gurl! I can't even walk! I need crutches"

        She sighed and shook her head. "If you want I'll watch her while you go and get your parents" Matt spoke up. Kendall shrugged as a yes and ran off to find our moms.

        My mom will definitely be shocked to see Matt with me...
