Chapter Twenty-One: The Beast (Pt. 2)

No POV

"Play?" Zayn laughs, unaware of the dark angel coming towards him. "I dont think this is playing."

"Yeah, well," Harry growls and grabs the evil villian by his neck and lifts him off his feet. Their eyes lock, Zayns wide with shock as he chokes, as Harrys squints into a deadly glare. "I dont think you shouldve told my girl about what i am, when you clearly know nothing!"

"I do know something!" Zayn gasps. "Everything I said was, indeed, true. Correct?"

"Harry," He hears his angel speak. "Its alright. You arent perfect. Im not either."

"You never were," Zayn growls and Hailie looks down, ashamed. "Spreading your legs for your brother. Slut."

"Harry," Hailie says again, her voice deep with anger, "Kill him."

Thats all Harry needed to hear to throw the man across the room. Zayns back hits the brick wall. However, that doesnt stop him from continuing to fly through it. Harrys hands grip Zayns hair and he throws him again as Zayn scream in pain.

"HARRY!!" Louis screams and falls infront of Zayn. The curly haired boy stops and growls. "Stop..."

"He's not Zayn," Harry says lowly. "Move."

"Louis," Niall says slowly. "Move. Dont push him."

Thats when it happens. The glow coming from Zayn. He screams and his body starts to shake. The once golden aura turns dark blue and soon midnight purple. His hands grip the rug underneath him.

"Zayn?" Louis says and the pained boy looks up. His once brown eyes were now pitch black with dark, deep circles underneath them. His lips were now chapped, his cheeks were hollow, his neck vains were visible, and bruises were forming all over his body. "ZAYN!!"

Thats when he collapse. His body goes limp, no pulse.

Hailie looks at a now weak Harold. He falls to his knees, his wings losing all their feathers, his skin turning pale, his eyes turning heavy as they close.

"Harry," He hears Hailie voice start to faid as he falls to the floor. "HARRY!!"

Hailies POV

"MOVE!!" I scream as Liam carries Harry and Louis carries Zayn. We run out the house, into the crowd, and try to get through. "FUCKING MOVE!!"

"THE QUEEN WOULD NEVER CURSE AT HER PEOPLE!"

"THE QUEEN WOULDNT LET HER LOVE DIE EITHER!!" I feel my body slowly weakening. I look at the sky and see the clouds roll over the sun. I hang on to Niall as we walk into an old house. I held my head high, not wanting to faint yet. I feel Niall pick me up and hold me close.

"It's alright." Niall mumbles to me. "Let go."

I cough and shake my head. I will fight. I will.

"Madam," I hear Louis say. "Please. How do we get back?" 

"Oh, you're reunited!" I hear an old woman say and clapp softly. I hear shuffling of items and feet, my body being laid on something. I didnt have the power to open my eyes. "She has the passage."

"Hails?" I hum lightly, reaching out at my name weakly. "What do you have?"

"N-Necklace," I cough and feel it being taken off. "I-I"

"Hear, give him this." I feel somone being placed next to me, I hear gulps from the body next to me. "That should give him strength."

"Harry?" I hear Lou say as the body next to me is shook. I feel all my senses starting to leave, starting with my sense of touch- Making me feel as though I was paralyzed.

"W-Where is she?" I hear that husky voice say and I soon feel a stare on me. "H-Hailie.."

"She's starved," I hear the old lady say. "She needs blood."

"Get away," I hear him cough and, with all the strength I have left, I open my eyes. Ours lock and I see his wrist at my lips. I weakly open my mouth, not knowing if I did or not because I cant feel. "Thats it baby girl. Drink."

I do as he says, my fangs poking his vein as I taste the sweetness coat my tongue and flow down my throat. My hand instantly reaches up, clinging to his arm as I gulp his blood. His free hand pats my hair soothingly, our eyes still locked on eachother.

I pull back and lick my lips. He holds me close as I close my eyes.

"I missed you," I whisper as he kisses my temple. "So much."

"I missed you too." He says and I run a hand through his hair. It had gotten longer, and was now tied with his ripped shirt. "I love you, Hailie."

"I love you, Harry."
