Riding Horses With ONE DIRECTION?!

~ C H A P T E R T W E N T Y F O U R ~

I sat in the cabin late at night, thinking about what was going to happen tomorrow. It was the last day of camp, and I was a bit reluctant to go back. I couldn't sleep, so I thought it would be nice to get a breath of fresh air.

I walked down to the barn and stood next to Renegade's stall. He was hungrily munching on his feed. I heard footsteps and turned around, seeing the boy.

"Hey Ar." He said. Ar? What gives him the permission to call me that?

"Uh, hi." I said, leaning against the stall. He took a step forward, trying to hold my gaze. I turned my head so he wouldn't look at me.

"You're so pretty, why are you dating that ugly fag?" He said, obviously thinking about Niall.

"He isn't a fag, he's my boyfriend! I love him with all my heart and I would ne-" The boy suddenly pushed me against the stall and attached his lips to mine. I tried to push him off but he was too strong. I did not want to kiss him, oh no no no.

I gave him a final push and he pulled away. He bit his lip then stared at me, almost hungrily.

"No one knows about this, okay?" He frowned. I nodded my head. He leant in and kissed me again, then ran out of the barn. I wiped my lips and cheek then sunk to the ground, tears threatening to spill.

I woke up in the cabin, stretching. All the girls were up and changing into a nice pair of clothes, ready for today. I changed after them and took them down to the dining hall. It was buzzing with excitement, people placing imaginary bets on the race. I laughed to myself, then started eating.

We ate our food quickly then headed to the barn. A lot of the horses were already out. I took out Renegade then started to brush him, I brushed his mane and long tail and then picked out his hooves. After cleaning him up I put on his bridle and mounted him bareback. I waited for the girls to finish then I rode out with them.

The track was lively and there were tons of people, probably families, there to watch their kids. I scanned the crowd and then winced as I heard Bree screech. I looked in her direction to see my most favorite people ever. I did mounted Renegade then tugged him along as I ran over to Niall. I hugged him tightly then gave him a small kiss.

"Why are you guys here?" I asked, hugging the other boys.

"We couldn't miss it for the world." Liam said.

"Yeah, Niall kept saying your horse is super fast, so we had to see it ourselves." Zayn smiled, putting his arm on Liam's shoulder. I smiled then hugged Niall again, burying my face into his neck.

"Were gonna go get seating, see you soon babe." Niall said, walking over to the bleachers.

I watched as the girls lined up at the starting gate. We were racing each cabin, then the winners would go against each other. The gates opened and all of them shot out, Kylie taking the lead. They turned around the turn and Leigh-Anne shot forward, surpassing Kylie by 5 lengths. I smiled and shouted when she crossed the finish line.

All the other cabins went, and then it was time for the match race. The gates opened and all of the eight girls shot out. I yelled Leigh-Anne's name as she started to pass everyone. She pulled ahead, winning by 6 lengths.

"WOOOOO!" I heard Niall shout. I laughed then started to make my way to the gate. All the counselors looked at me as if I was crazy because I was riding bareback. I got into gate #1 and situated myself. The gate shot open and Renegade pulled forward, immediately starting in first. I kicked him again and he bursted forward. This was the fastest I've ridden him, no doubt. He was moving like a tremendous machine. He galloped forward. I looked behind me to see everyone else was at least 10 lengths behind. He galloped forward and crossed the finish line with about 25 lengths in between me and the rest.

The stadium was utterly silent then erupted in cheers. I slowed Renegade down to a trot as he cooled off. I trotted over to the rail and smiled. Niall ran down the stands with the others following. He lifted me off Renegade and pulled me into a huge hug. Renegade nickered and nudged my back, so Niall set me down.

I kissed Niall again then mounted Renegade, walking over to the opening in the gate. I trotted over to my girls and chatted with them for a while, then said goodbye as they left. I started to pack up my things in the barn and then loaded Renegade into the trailer. Niall drove to the airport and I said goodbye to him before he boarded a jet. I sighed as Renegade was loaded into the plane then I boarded it myself. I sat in my seat and the pilot took off. I fell asleep after a while, dreaming of dolphins eating frosted bagels.
