After Stiles and I kissed in the hot tub; which surprisingly wasn't awkward, we ate dinner and decided to go down to the basement and watch Family Guy. We lied down on the same bean bags as before, and turned Netflix on to start Family Guy. We watched Family Guy for several hours before both of us fell asleep.
Several more hours passed as we both lay asleep beside each other. My eyes slowly opened, immediately seeing Stiles' sleeping face. I couldn't help but giggle, because he was sleeping with his butt in the air. He was so cute. I checked my phone and my eyes widened as I saw the time, one in the morning, and we get up for school at six. Great, I thought to myself. I turned the TV off, and lay back down beside Stiles. I didn't even think before I leaned my face down to his and kissed him gently on the lips, when suddenly he started moving. I quickly leaned back, seeing his shocked face. Oh god he didn't like me kissing him. I frowned, and he noticed it. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked, his voice groggy. I shook my head. "Nothing, I'm sorry!" I apologized. "Why are you apologizing?" He asked, sweetly. "You didn't want me to kiss you," I explained. He raised his eyebrow. "Who said I didn't want you to kiss me?" He asked, grinning. "Your face." I said pointing at him. He chuckled. "What do you mean?" He asked. I looked down. "Your eyes widened when I kissed you." I said. He suddenly burst out laughing. I looked at him confused. "What's so funny?" I asked. It took him a moment to regain himself. "I wasn't mad that you kissed me!" He practically shouted. I was really confused now. "You weren't?" I asked. He shook his head. "Hell no! I was just caught off guard!" He laughed. I looked down again, blushing, completely embarrassed. After a moment of silence, he leaned towards me until he was only an inch from my face. "I would never be upset with you kissing me." He whispered. I smiled and leaned in closer to him so we could kiss. We kissed passionately for a few moments until he froze. I pulled back to see his face, he looked terrified. "Stiles?" I ask, gently touching his hand. He didn't say anything. "Stiles? What's wrong?" I asked, still trying to get his attention. He slowly looked up at me. "I think I've been lying to you." He admitted. I cocked my head to the side. "What do you mean?" I asked. He sighed. "The Hale's, they're your adopted family, aren't they?" He asked. I was caught off guard by that. I looked down trying to figure out how to get out of this when suddenly he jumped to his feet and started pacing. "Now it makes sense! That's why you got so upset when you saw the house!" He rambled on. I jumped to my feet. "Stiles! Yes I was adopted by the Hale's! you need to keep this a secret!" I told him. He paused. "How come?" He asked. I sighed. "I don't want the publicity." I explained. He nodded understanding. I started to think. "Wait you said you think you've been lying to me? About what?" I asked. He took a deep breath. I know the Hale's a lot better than I told you before." He admitted. My eyes widened. "You do?" I asked. He nodded. "I know a lot about them, but Derek never mentioned you." He said. I froze as he said Derek's name. I grabbed Stiles' arm. "You knew Derek?" I asked. "Knew him?" He paused. "I've known him for the past few years. The guy hates me, which I have no idea why." He continued. Tears started to form in my eyes. "Derek's alive?" I asked, my voice shaky. He nodded. "Well he's pretty heartless, and he's given me the death glare more times than I can count..." He explained, but I cut him off as I ran and hugged him. I was so grateful to know that Derek was alive to care that Stiles never told me. I stepped away from him. "Can you take me to him?" I asked. He nodded. "I'll talk to Scott and see when he will go see Derek again." He explained. I smiled, full of excitement.
Suddenly Stiles looked sad. He sighed and sat down on the bean bag. I kneeled down in front of him. "Stiles, what's wrong?" I asked, concerned. He brushed his hand through his hair, not answering me. I reached out and took his hand. "Stiles, talk to me please?" I begged. He looked me straight in the eyes, and I could tell he was terrified to say anything. He took a deep breath. "Before I realized you were a Hale, and Derek's sister, I was going to ask you something, but if Derek found out he would kill me." He admitted. He looked down, almost ashamed. I quickly realized what question he was going to ask. At first I couldn't believe it, but I took that in and smiled. I leaned in close to him. "Then we will keep it a secret, and I don't care if it's from everyone! The only thing that matters is that you and I are happy!" I said still smiling. He looked up, his eyes were wide, he was surprised. This time I could tell he was surprised in a good way. A smile grew on his face, and I knew this made him happy, I was happy too. I decided to lie down on one of the bean bags. He did the same, and we just lay there staring in to each other's eyes. I slowly fell asleep, tired from all the excitement and wanted to get some sleep before school in just a few short hours. Before I was completely unconscious, I felt Stiles move closer to me. There was a moment of silence, until I heard him move again, this time he leaned his head closer to me and kissed my forehead. I smiled and finally fell completely unconscious.
