Chapter 6

•Peter's POV•
Lunch was ending, so I rushed out to get to (y/n)'s locker before the mob of people swarmed the doors to get to the halls.
Locker 1638. 1638
I repeated over and over in my head. When I got there I saw (y/n) staring at her phone. God she looked amazing. "(y/n)!" I shouted. She looked up and smiled the most perfect smile I've ever seen.
"Hello, Earth to Peter." (y/n) said walking over and waving her hand in my face.
I must have been staring. Shoot.
"Let's Head to class before anyone takes the civil war." I said before she could say anything.
"Okay, should we run?"
"I don't wanna get in trouble so let's just speed walk."
"Let's Go" she grabbed my hand and took off. (y/n) is HOLDING MY HAND! I felt my face go get really hot. I must be getting red. We mainly ra-speed walked in silence with a few "hurry ups" and giggle from (y/n) here and there. We got there and saw Mr. Smith at his computer, and no one in the class.
"Perfect." I whispered to (y/n). We walked up to Mr. Smith. (y/n) nodded at me, allowing me to do the taking. "Hey, could we have the civil war for our project."
"Why, of course. That one will be fun to do research on. I'll write that down so no one else can take it."
"Thanks Mr. Smith." (y/n) said. We turned around and high-fived. Class started in 3 minuets and we didn't have much to do, so we decided to go out in the hall for a bit and talk. We talked for what felt like 3 seconds when we saw the bell was about to ring. We rushed in the class and sat down. Flash saw us come in together and I saw him get mad. I smiled and sat down right as the bell rang.
"Today, I want you guys to pair up and decide your topic, maybe start working. I know a few of you have already told me your topics. So meet with your partner and start working."

•(y/n)'s POV•
After I got out of class, I saw it was also after Peter's lunch period. We have lunch at different times, which is kinda disappointing. Just because I wanna work with him during lunch. No other reason. Right? I walked to my locker and started scrolling through Instagram, while I waited for him.
"(y/n)" I hear someone shout. I looked up and saw it was Peter. I smiled and he froze. I was confused so I walked up to him waving my hand in his face.
"Hello, Earth to Peter."
"Let's Head to class before anyone takes the civil war." He said before I could say anything.
"Okay, should we run?"

"Let's Go" I Said, grabbing his hand. I saw his face go a bit red as I pulled him along, but I didn't say anything. We didn't talk much except we shared a few "hurry up"s here and there. When we got there we saw Mr. Smith typing on his computer.
"Perfect" Peter whispered to me. We walked up and I nodded at Peter telling him he could talk. "Hey, could we do the civil war for our project?" He asked.
"Why of course," Mr. Smith said. I let out a breath of relief. "That one will be fun to do research on. I'll write that down so no one else can take it."
"Thanks Mr. Smith." I said. We turned around and high-fived. We decided to go out in the hall and talk, since we had 3 minuets before class started. I looked at the clock and we didn't have long so I got up and waved at him, signaling we needed to go. We walked in together and I saw Peter look at Flash and smile before he sat down. I looked at Flash and he looked mad that i was hanging out with Peter. I sat down and waited for class to begin.

(A/N) Hey!! So sorry for not updating on Friday. I had a camping trip and there was bad signal and ya. On monday I had a project to work on so I couldn't update. I'm sorry.
