Sasori's POV
Oh god my stomach hurts- both from the laughing and the elbow to my gut. She literally tensed up when I whispered into her ear and her face! It was so red it could almost put my hair to shame. Oh look she's standing in the corner sulking. I wonder wether she'll want to continue with this mission or not? She's still standing there so I guess not. Well, I could've given her more time but we all know how much I hate waiting.
I picked up my sledge hammer and proceeded to break open all the locks and revealing the glass and fish behind them.
"DANNAAAAAA!!!!!" The familiar voice of my roommate rang in my ears and dread filled my gut. Why him? Why now? I turned around and braced myself, preventing myself from getting tackled to the floor. "Danna, I swear. I'm traumatized, un." He breathed while keeping both hands firmly on my shoulders. "The guard almost caught me."
I grunted, and noticing the absence of his orange-masked partner I asked "Where's Tobi?"
"I tripped him so the guard got him instead." he replied nonchalantly.
"You did what."
"But I'm pretty sure that Tobi would be fine my now." He shrugged.
"Ugh I've got enough of this nonsense." I took up my spray can and sprayed on in angry red letters "AKATSUKI WAS HERE". The red paint stained the glass and dripped down onto the floor.
"Not bad danna," Deidara added with a smile. I stood back to admire my work, while on the other side of the room, Kagami and Akira were still breaking the rest of the locks, delivering the occasional bang and clatter of metal every time one got broken.
"That's about the last of em'" Akira said exasperatedly, while slinging an arm around Kagami who was just as tired.
"Good job newbie, un." Deidara punched Kagami playfully on the shoulder. "Now if you would excuse Akira and I, we have some- er private matters to attend to." He winked in Akira's direction and she winked back.
They went off to another section of the aquarium leaving Kagami and I behind.
"Well? What are you looking at? Pick up a can and get to work." I said, the words coming out sharper than intended. I tossed her a can and she caught it with both hands, and turned around and began to spray.
Her handwriting was so unlike mine. It was delicate and soft, whereas mine was angry and hard.
It was so inappropriate for a threat.
"Are you kidding me?" I said, glaring at her. "This is not art class, you can practice your calligraphy somewhere else. Give me that." I snatched the can out of her hands and sprayed over the words.
"H-h-hey!" She retorted, "Give it back, it looks fine!"
"Yeah fine for a freaking love letter" I shot back.
Now the glass was tainted with large rough looking letters and an emoji angry face, I turned over to Kagami and saw her sticking her lip out. What a kid.
I leaned in to closer to her, her face just inches from mine. "W- What the hell are you doing, Akasuna?" She said, feigning confidence but her face lit up like a tomato. I smirked as I leaned in closer, and without warning- I extended two fingers, and flicked her on the forehead.
"Kid."
"Faggot."
"Can't even write properly."
"I can sue you for sexual assault."
"Go ahead then, you can turn in your letter with your flamboyant handwriting."
"Goddammit."
