"She should not hold the North!" Madam Lynx Prifterley said while sitting with Dryndon inside their large house in Dorona.

"Verdeenian guards are coming!" a guard shouted when he saw the three hundred men with their horses.

Sir Dryndon quickly went outside their house and saw the guards approaching.

"Who sent all of you here?" Sir Dryndon Prifterley asked the Verdeenian army.

"Just open the gate!" the Queen of Thorns (Queen Annysha) intruded.

"My Queen!" Dryndon was shocked and quickly bowed to the Queen.

"You are not in Thorns! How dare you elevate yourself above your station!" Madam Prifterley hurriedly intruded, madly.

"The High King sent us!" Wun shouted from afar.

Then Madam Prifterley stepped forward in front of Queen Annysha and whispered in her ear, "Don't ever handle that child's mind..."

The Queen sighed and grinned. "How dare you elevate yourself above your station!" the Queen of Thorns replied.

Madam Prifterley turned her back and looked up into the sky. Confusedly, she saw a giant phoenix beyond the clouds.

Then she looked again at the Queen of Thorns. "Why don’t you rest for a while? Can you join us inside and have some tea? Come! Let your army rest their tired bodies for a while," Madam Lynx invited the Queen of Thorns to have a cup of tea inside her house.

"Well! Wun! Come!" The Queen of Thorns accepted Madam Prifterley’s invitation and then called Wun.

They quietly sat on wooden chairs, staring at each other while Madam Lynx’s orphans stared at them from their rooms.

"Have some tea," Madam Prifterley offered a cup of tea to the Queen.

But the Queen just stared at her.

"I will not poison you," Madam Prifterley humbly said as she tasted the cup of tea she was offering to the Queen.

Then the Queen accepted the tea.

"It’s been a long time since I crossed the Bridge City of Dorona," the Queen of Thorns said.

"You’re a Valish," Madam Lynx said.

"We were once higher than the North when the Frost family reigned over the Winterlands," the Queen of Thorns proudly said.

"But now you’re lower than the Capital, and the Capital of the Desert Lands is beside you," Madam Prifterley proudly said.

"I’m still a Queen of Thorns and a Valish Princess!" Queen Annysha said strongly.

"I am a Haren and a Harenaean Princess," Madam Prifterley humbly said.

"Our wings are strong!" Queen Annysha proudly declared, echoing the motto of Castle Vale.

"Words are powerful!" Madam Prifterley also proudly declared, echoing the motto of Castle Haren, with a louder voice than the Queen.

"You are just a Madam of the Doronian Guards! You are not part of the monarchy!" Queen Annysha Vale angrily said to Madam Prifterley.

"Excuse me, my Queen!" Dryndon, beside Madam Lynx, stopped their argument.

"The sun is setting. Can you send me home?" Wun said to Queen Annysha while holding her left hand.

At dusk, the Queen of Thorns, with the Verdeenian army and Wun, continued their journey to Bear Land.

While they were traveling, Madam Prifterley saw hundreds of phoenixes beyond the cold clouds.

While the gate was open, an old woman (the same old woman she saw in the window) came in front of her while she worriedly stood outside her large house.
