From Rich to Ditch

Chapter Nine

"Welcome to my mobile. He said as he pressed the 'unlock' button of his car key. Ganun lang din ang pag bubukas ng ilaw ng sasakyan niya. Subaru XV, oh well. I have that car in my garage. Nakakainis! Subaru XV is the model of my favorite car, when I was fifteen. Buti nalang hindi na ngayon.

"It's the same as my car na hindi ko na ginagamit, so, hindi masyadong special sakin ang 'mobile' mo! I really emphasized it, and I rolled my eyes after saying it. Excuse me, I am not poor.

"Geez, relax! Don't you know na nakakapangit ang pagiging maldita?" He smirked. Urgh! That smile of him! It's so annoying! His smile is so playful, its so evil!

I crossed my arms and looked around, nasa parking area palang kami ng Hotel. Ang init init! I don't know why kailangan pa naming umakyat dito, wala ba siyang driver? Pinapawisan na ko!

I looked at him straight in the eyes. "Are we going in or what?"

"I was waiting for you, kaso all of a sudden, nag mamalidta ka na naman. Are you like that always?"

So now what? Mag chichikahan kami? Hanggang sa maluto ako dito sa sobrang init? Crazy!

"To answer your question, yes maldita talaga ako, but who cares? I am super maganda naman! Ikaw? May plano kaba talagang ihatid ako sa bahay? I can grab a car naman so I think aalis nalang ako."

I was about to walk away ng biglang hinila niya ang kamay ko. I looked back at him and I right away removed my arm from his grip. "What!?Why did you do that!?"

Hindi siya sumagot. I can see na parang meron siyang iniisip. What is he thinking? Why did he hold my hand? Bakit hindi siya makasagot? Gosh! I tried to move around my wrist, kung saan niya ko hinawakan. That was tight.

"Get in."

He said as he went inside his car. Padabog akong sumunod sa kanya at pumwesto sa front seat ng kotse niya.

I dont why all of a sudden ay hindi na siya nagsasalita. Pero wala akong pakialam, nakakapagod. Gusto ko na talagang umuwi at matulog.

I made myself comfortable in my seat. I crossed my arms and decided to just stare in the window the whole ride.

Whats wrong with this guy? Hindi ba talaga siya magsasalita? At hindi pa ba niya paandarin ang kotse?

Ano bang ginagawa niya?

"Hey are we no....." Oh my gosh! I was about to talk to him and face him ng biglang nasa malapitan ko na siya. Right now sobrang magkalapit ang mga mukha namin. Hindi ko naman alam na lalapit siya sakin and why would he even lean closer towards me?

Gusto niya ba akong ikiss!? GOSH!

He went back to his seated position. Ako naman ay dali daling tumingin sa window. That was close! But why!? Is this his plan? This Ogre is getting into my nerves!

"I.. I was just about to fasten your seat belt."

I rolled my eyes. Mukha mo! If I know gusto mo lang talaga akong halikan! This maniac! He started the car and finally we are on our way home!

Wala akong balak magsalita. Kahit na sinubukan niya kung halikan, hindi parin ako natatakot sa kanya, I mean why would I be scared? He is nothing no! I will never ride with him ever again! At isa pa, I dont really think na kaya niya kong halikan! The nerve! Magpapaturo na talaga akong magpa drive so I will be independent when it comes to things like this.

Gosh!

Lagpas ten minutes na kaming nagbabyahe and wala parin siyang sinasabi. Not even a word! If I know, natatakot na ang bakla! Akala niya siguro!

"Iniisiip mo siguro na hahalikan kita." He suddenly said with a smirk.

My eyes literally widened! What?

"I understand, marami namang naghahabol sa halik ko so I understand if you are one of those girls."

The nerve of this guy! I looked at him and rolled my eyes.

"Excuse me? And who do you think you are?" Nakakainis lang eh! Feeling gwapo! He is not my type and he will never be! Yucks!

I crossed my arms and leaned. Ibinaling ko ang tingin ko sa bintana ng sasakyan dahil sobrang nabwibwiset ako sa mukha ng Ogre na to!

Mukhang maniac!

Why did I even ride with this guy! I shouldn't have said yes. Sana nag grab nalang ako! Now I am stuck in this moment with him.

I rolled my eyes, again. Gosh!

"Dito na yung house namin." I said ng nasa tapat na kami ng bahay.

He stopped the car right in front of the gate. He was about to lean towards. "Kaya ko na, I can unfasten it myself." I removed the seatbelt right away, baka may binabalak na naman tong lalaking to."

"Thanks."

I still gave him a roll eyes. It only means na kahit hinatid niya ko sa house ay hindi parin kami friends and we will never be! Dali dali akong lumabas. Wala siyang nasabi, just a smile!

Oh di ba! Natahimik ang loko! Gosh! Maniac!

I went inside the house and nakita ko sina Mommy na nanunuod ng movie sa living room.

I love this two so much! Nakakawala ng pagod and stress! I went near them. "Hey there lovebirds" I sat on the couch and I start removing my earings.

"Hey, buti naman at nakauwi ka kaagad, grab is really a great invention." Mom said.

Nako mom, kung alam mo lang. "Ow, by the way, akala ko maaga kayong magpapahinga tonight? You have a trip tomorrow right?" I asked them.

"Hindi na namin itutuloy anak, because we swtiched plans. Right darling?" My Dad looked at my Mom and nalilito na naman ako.

"Switched plans? Anong ibig niyong sabihin?" I removed my shoes and positioned my legs on the couch. Relaxing!

"Your Dad and I decided to go on an outing instead! Alam mo na, for us to unwind and you princess, will be going with us."

Seriously!? I smiled with excitement! "Really mom? Baka naman business related pa rin tong outing na to ha."

"Anak, naka book na ang flight natin for the next two days and this trip is a family time trip. Nothing business related, I assure you."

Mas lalo akong na excite sa sinabi ni Dad! Yey, finally! After how many months of busy sched ay mag tatravel na naman kami. I am excited!

I went to them and gave them a huge hug!
