I know, I'm two years late to the party writing Undertale fanfiction,, I can already see people writing Deltarune fanfiction (I'll probably write a Lancer x Reader fanfic if I play the game. Or maybe another x reader fanfic if I get my dick hard over another character.)

I only made this because I wanted to see how much I've improved over the last 2 years. This is the rewritten version of my first X reader ever (which is still up on Quotev) I don't find this version too good either, I hate myself and think everything I do sucks so that's probably just me skskskskskksk-

The description is kinda long, so here a recap:

"You are a gem that accidentally fell into Mt. Ebott. You met many kinds of monster, not having good encounters with some of them. One of the monsters' and yourself develop feelings for each other. Seems pretty chill right? Well shit hits the fan, everything goes wrong, and both of you team up, having to make choices that decide the fate of the Underground."

Okay, we got that out of the way. Now just to be clear, this is a READER INSERT. The only thing I control are YOUR ACTIONS and WHAT YOU ARE. So you have the choice to be whatever gem you want and to look like whatever you wanna look like. I'd make this gender neutral x reader but most gems have female pronouns. So if I do another x reader with a human or monster or breed, I'll make them gender neutral.

No, sweetie, I'm not gonna be using my ocs or anyone else's ocs in this story. This is an X READER. Not an X OC. You guys don't know how much I DESPISE when people add their ocs into the story, because they usually make them the main focus of the story and not a side character/minor character.

So no ocs in this one. Possibly future ones, but trust me, I'll only make them a minor character, with roles such as being the reader's best friend that only appears in several chapters and is mentioned in others, or a fellow stranger that helps the reader or a major character.

Whenever I read stories, some of them honestly look like a mess. The A/Ns and the chapters are mixed up, making us not know which one is an A/N and which is an actual chapter. I had the same problem too, so that's why I will only put the A/Ns at the beginning or end of chapters. This will be the only part that isn't a chapter, since it's too long to be at the end of a story.

Im one of the people who enjoy reading lemons but can't write one. I'm trying to keep this slightly family friendly, so uh, no lemon y'all. Sorry. I don't feel like writing a chapter that's just about the reader and Sans doing the holey pokey in bed.
