The morning was foggy, mist filled the air. The ground was damp from the days of rain. The hole in the ground was a foot away as they lowered the casket in the deep grave. Across the grave stood Kerry's parents. The whimpering and sobs were the only sound going through my head.

Dustin placed his arm around my waist, waking me from my daze. I slowly turn to him, looking up at him. I knew he did not want to come, but I knew I had to come. He came as emotional support.

I felt as Kerry's death was my fault.

"Let's go..." Dustin leaned down into my ear, as other began to turn. I kept my eyes on the casket, before he pulls back on my waist. I stepped back, keeping my eyes on the grave.

"This is my fault-" I whisper, Dustin hand sharply grips on my arm. Almost painfully.

"This is not your fault. You know that. Now come on." Dustin let go of my arm, beginning to walk away as I followed. The small crowd slowly walked ahead of us.

Kerry's death. Hannah and Louis. Is all my fault. The killer started a game I cannot win. I broke their rules which cause consequences, death.

I stood at the car door, ahold of the handle. Still.

"Michelle, get in the car please." Dustin rolled down the window a bit, trying not to get rain in. I open the door, sitting down. "This is not your fault. You aren't the killer. I need you to understand that?"

"But the killer told me to not do stuff. Like tell the police. I told. Now people are dead." I glance over at Dustin, his eyes on me.

"You are doing the right thing. The police should know." Dustin reaches over placing his hand on my thigh. I glance down at his hand, my eyes become blurry from tears forming.

"And how many more people have to die?" My eyes leave his hand to his eyes. His hand squeezes my thigh as he hushes me.

"Michelle, please don't cry. Like I said this isn't your fault." His grip releases as his hand readjusts on my cheek as he leans in kissing my forehead. "How about you stay at my house until your mom gets home from work. I don't want you to be alone."

I nod, with that he started the car. Pulling out of the cemetery.

-

I could not shake the feeling like more death was to come. More secrets spilt. My mind felt frozen in time as Dustin did everything in his will to make me calm.

"I can make tea. You want tea?" Dustin spoke up, rubbing my back as I rested on his bed. His deep sigh, full of exhaustion, showed he was tired.

"No, I am fine. Just lay with me, okay?" I turn to him, patting the bed next me. He slightly smiles before lying down next me. His arm wrapped around my body, pulling me close to him.

"I love you..." His whisper, tickled my ear as I slightly smile along with him.

"I love you too-" The bedroom door suddenly opens, Melody standing there.

"You know mom doesn't like it when your door is closed with Michelle here." Melody crosses her arms, leaning on the door frame.

"Moms not home. I didn't even know you were home either." Dustin sits up, letting go of my body.

"Well I am and have been." Melody turns from the door frame, walking back down the hallway.

"Hey, close my door- whatever never mind." Dustin stands up from the bed. "I am going downstairs, I am hungry." He puts his hand out to me, helping up from the bed.

"I'll meet you down there. I have to use the bathroom." I smile to him before leaving the bedroom. I head down the hallway walking into the bathroom. I hear footsteps walking down the stairs.

I walk up to the sink, staring myself down in the mirror. The eyes bloodshot from crying earlier on that day. My body felt weak from everything. I do not know how to keep at the killer's game when I feel like I have lost.

My phone vibrates as a text comes through, I slowly pull out my phone. I glance down reading my phone, from unknown,

'What's that sound?'

A sudden thud comes from across the hallway, Melody's room. I quickly run out of the bathroom, pushing myself into the bedroom. I expected a dead body, like all the other times. That is not what I got.

Instead I saw Melody atop Lance both of them halfway bare skinned. All I could do is stare, in shock. I meet both their eyes as the whites in their eyes grew.

"Get out Michelle! What are you doing!" Melody quickly stood from Lance, grabbing a blanket off the bed to cover her body. She ran over to the door pushing me out as a loud slam echos through out the house.

-

"I am truly sorry..." I glance up from my sweaty hands, looking at Lance and Melody as they say across from me. Dustin paced, angrily, in the corner of my eye.

"Why did you come into my room in the first place?" Melody spoke up, her arms and legs crossed.

"The killer texted me saying something about the sound in your room. Then I heard a thud. I thought the killer got you."

"I seem fine." Melody's tone was annoyed and I could not blame her. I basically walk in on them naked.

"I didn't know that-" Dustin cuts me off with the same attitude as Melody.

"What was the thud?" His glare piercing both Lance and Melody.

"It was the window. It's called sneaking in." Melody snaps back at them.

"The fact that you two are a thing makes me mad. The fact I had to find out by my girlfriend walked in on your little grind session makes it worse." Dustin walks over, standing in front of my vision of the two.

"You need to understand this, Dustin." Lance stands up, getting into his face. "I am with you sister and we do what we want."

This is what the killer wanted. Anger among friends. The innocent to look guilty.
