Not My Lucky Day

Recap:

I went to detention and finished my homeworks ,I reached home around 4:00pm and decided to get ready, I wore a pink sundress with white flowers and white high heels , I curled my hair. I was done at 4:50 so I called Xavier and he said he's on his way.

All I was thinking about I wish nothing goes wrong.

Xavier reached about 10 minutes later, he texted me telling me he was down, so I ran, looked at the mirror one last time and made my way down the stair case, I saw my grandma down stairs, they said she would "babysit" us for the month until they come back. Am I not big enough!!!

"Where are you going young lady?" My grandma asked.

"With a friend to have dinner" I said

"And who is that?" she asked, she was trying to test my patients, I know she is my grandma and everything, I love her soo much, but seriously I'm not 10.

"With Xavier Grandma, now I have to go, I'll be back at 10, love you"
And with that I made my way to Xavier's Mercedes Benz. He was waiting out of his car, wearing a green polo shirt,that showed off his muscles, "impressive" I thought. Dark skinny jeans and a green converse. Once he saw me, he smiled at me and his green eyes sparked in the light, he is soo..... my thoughts were cut of by him talking

"Hey, you look beautiful" he said smiling.

"Hi, and thank you" I said blushing and looking at the ground

"You look cute when you blush ,you don't need to hide it" he said putting a finger on chin lifting it.

"I really can't thank you enough"

"No need, really! Lets go" he said opening the car door for me.

"What a gentleman " I said with a fake British accent. He just laughed and shook his head.

"So where are we going?" I asked once he started the engine"

"Surprise, can't say!"

"Oh okay" I said getting worried, What if something goes wrong,what if I loose him and don't find anyone else next to me, what if I mess up.

"Hey, hey don't worry okay" he said knowing I'm worried

"I'm just scared, everything is messed up these days and I don't know why my whole life changed from just one day" I said remembering everything that happened to me.

"Don't worry, nothing is gonna happen, and even if anything happens I won't let anything happen to you"

"Thank you, really "

"No need, its my pleasure"

We talked for a while, until we reached a fancy restaurant, Ive never been to it before, but it looked really nice. It had the view of the sea and it had a park next to it. We walked in to find a waiter with a lot of makeup on, she looked so fake, but I didn't care.

"Hello, name please" she said winking at Xavier, but I think he didn't notice.

"Mr. Stone" he said

"Follow me"she said glaring at me

"Here are your menus and tell me when you need to order" she said to Xavier.

"Thank you" he told her, while she winked at him and dropped her pen on the floor next to him, she went to get it and showed all her body, and I honestly felt disgusted.

She left after her little show, and I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Xavier started taking and I wasn't even listening to him, when he shook my hand slowly.

"Sky, are you okay?" You didn't order anything" he said worried

"Ermm.. yeah I'm fine, what did you order"

"Umm.. Pasta"

"Okay I'll get the same"

"You sure"

"Yeah"

"Okay, then I'll get 2 pasta and 2 Coke" he said to the same waiter.

"Okay, be there in 15 minutes" she said

"We can't wait" I said under my breathe but I think she heard.

"What did you say?" she spat

"I said we can't wait, you've been flirting with him the whole time and being so rude, you are a waiter don't forget that, and whoever told you you are pretty, I guess no one did right? well if YOU think you are pretty then go check your eyes, go to the doctor he might help"

"You ...... you"

"Me what?"

"Ugghhhh" she said and left, I was very angry that I stood up an told Xavier that I'm going to the bathroom.

Everything had to be ruined, everything!!!!

I calmed down after a while and while going out, someone stopped me.

"Oh look princess is here" said Jared

"Oh my gosh, can this day get any worse, just leave me already, there is a waiter over there that can do anything for you, okay go to her and leave me! I hate my life, I hate my self, I wanna die, 2 days!! 2 DAYS AND MY LIFE IS UPSIDE DOWN!" I said crying and falling to the ground, Jared came to calm me down but I told him to leave! I just wanted to die.

" Sky... where are y-? Skylar what happened" Xavier said

"Take me home please"

"Okay come on, I'll get you the food take away, did you eat anything from the morning you look pale"

I shook my head no, so he picked me up bridal style and we took the food and left.

In the car I couldn't stop crying, Xavier tried to make me tell him what happened but I was too weak and guilty for ruining the night for him.

"I'm sorry Xavier" I said in a low voice

"Sky it's okay, just make sure you are okay and call me okay?"

"Okay, bye" I said trying to fake a smile but failed desperately

" Goodbye " he said sadly

And with that I opened the door, and went in I could see my grandma shaking her head but I couldn't tell he anything, I just went upstairs and and fell on my bed, continued crying and saying, "I hate life", "Im not so not lucky" till I slept.
