Isabelle's POV
Isabelle and Hazel had decided to come with Natasha to the Ratifying of the Accords. They were seated in a hall that had seats for hundreds, though they weren't all filled. "Invite only?" Isabelle asked. Natasha laughed. "Probably. Sometimes, keeping things like this private is a good idea." She replied. Isabelle shifted in her clothes. She had on her purple leotard with purple tights underneath it. She had a pantsuit over it to hide her identity. Deep down, she knew that they all had their suits on underneath their regular clothes, always prepared, always ready, but never patient. "The Black Widow." Everyone's eyes turned to the man that said the spies secret identity. "King T'Challa. Nice to see you again." Natasha shook his hand and he shook hers. "And who are these young ones?" He asked. Natasha spun around to introduce the two teenagers. "This is Isabelle and Hazel. They are with the Avengers."
T'Challa smiled and turned to see his father. "I must go." They all nodded and moved to their seats. The King began to speak.
"When stolen Wakandan vibranium was used to make a terrible weapon, we in Wakanda were forced to question our legacy. Those men and woman killed in Nigeria were part of a goodwill mission from a country to long in the shadows, we will not, however let misfortune drive us back. We will fight to improve the world we wish to join. I am grateful to the Avengers for supporting this initiative. Wakanda is proud to extend its hand to peace..."
Before he could finish his speech, the prince yelled for everyone to get down and ran for his father. Before anyone else could react, an ear piercing explosion went off, knocking the three of them back a couple of feet. Isabelle looked up to see T'Challa holding his father, humming to himself and crying out in the pain of loss. Isabelle turned to see Hazel helping someone up and Natasha getting up herself.
"If our argument didn't set something off." Natasha started. "Then this definitely did."
Hazel's POV
Hazel walked along the sidewalk. She had tied her frilly brown and gold hair into a pony tale and was now in her super hero outfit.
She walked by Black Widow who was talking to T'Challa and by the looks of it, they were talking about Bucky Barnes.
She walked by and saw Isabelle fixing her heel. "You're in your suit." She asked, not looking up from her heel. "I don't know what we're up against." Hazel stated. Isabelle finally looked up at her friend. "I think you do. Tony's right, we need to be put in check. We keep ignoring our limits and it keeps costing us." Hazel sat down next to her. "Are you saying that you agree with the Accords?" Isabelle stood up to leave. "Hazel, you don't know what this world is like," "And you do? No offense but I've been living in this world for way longer than you." "Don't play this card, Hazel, you're to young to..." "I'm over 75 years old!" She screamed. Isabelle sighed and looked her straight in the eyes. "Don't do anything stupid." Isabelle told her friend. Hazel smiled. "I always do."
Hazel got up and walked around her. "Oh and uh, don't die."
