    Cray's P.O.V.

    It had been several days since Palette had reunited with Cray. For a long time, Palette thought he was dead, along with the others. If you didn't know, Cray and Palette had been BFF's ever since kindergarten. Sure, they had gotten in a few fights, but they made up after. They barely talked at school, though, because they had their classes at different times. Also, Cray had moved farther away. Now, that didn't matter. He was back.

    "Yo, Palette!" yowled Cray. "Do you want to go on a hunting patrol?" Palette nodded.

    "Hey, Goth!" meowed Palette. "Do you want to go on a hunting patrol with me and Cray?" Cray shot her a look that to her that he didn't accept that. Goth shot Cray a sly grin and said, "Sure!" as he padded towards them.

    "We'll come, too," meowed PaperJam as he, Patch, Honey, and Badger came up to them. Cray shot him a grateful look. As they entered the forest, PaperJam said that they should spilt up. Goth, Palette, and Badger in one group, Patch and Honey in another, and PaperJam and Cray in the last group. As they walked around, looking for prey, PaperJam gave Cray a little nudge.

    "Don't pretend, Cray," sighed PaperJam. Cray gazed at him with a puzzled look. "I've seen you and Goth around Palette. Are you friends with her, or do you like her?" Cray's gaze darkened, his eyes went dark, and a purple and green blush rose to his face.

    "...Why can't it be... both...?" questioned Cray. PaperJam grinned and shrugged as they headed towards a scent they picked up.

    It's either Pray or Poth... he growled in his head. Oh,... what am I going to do...? Through out the day, that feeling of uncertainty still lingered in his head.

~~~~Time skip to next day~~~~
    "And where do you think you lot are going?" meowed Cray. Fresh, Claw, Petal, and Storm froze in their tracks. Storm turned around and sighed heavily.
    "Uh.. we're going on... a hunting patrol!" stuttered Storm, glancing at the others. "Right?" The others murmured in agreement. Once they left, Beats got up and headed for the exit.
    "I believe I'll join them," mewed Beats shiftily. Cray narrowed his eyes. Those five had been coming and going for the past few days now. Cray felt doubt bubble up inside him, but then he decided to just let it go. Cray stretched and sighed. He was bored to death.
    "Hey, Cross!" yowled Cray. Cross turned his head and glared at him.
    "What is it, Cray?" he grumbled.
    "Imma go for a little walk. By myself," he mewed. Cross gave him a mysterious look, but then nodded.
    "Reply back to me when you find something odd," mewed Cross. Flameclaw came up to him, giving him a nasty look.
    "Who died and made you leader?" spat Flameclaw as Cray left the barn. He could hear the bickering of the two leaders in the distance. As he got father and father away from the barn, he heard an odd sound. It sounded like... a portal! His mood brightened up as he ran towards the sound. He followed the sound into a dark cave. As he ventured deeper in the cave, the noise got louder. He ran faster. When he went into the darkest part of the cave, there was a portal. Cray sighed happily and smiled. He turned back and headed towards the barn.
~~~~Le time skip~~~~

    "You found another portal?" asked Cross when Cray told him. Cray nodded happily. "Well in that case, let's go!" mewed Cross. As they exited the barn, Cross turned around. "Thank you for the hospitality, Flameclaw," he mewed, dipping his head politely. Flameclaw gave him a small nod before he turned back and left, along with the others.

    "Wait!" yowled Cray. Cross turned back to face him.

    "What now?" he growled angrily.

    "Can... can I come with you?" asked Cray. Cross glared at him doubtfully, then shrugged as he went to lead them.

    "I don't see why not," he mewed back as they left the barn.

    "Yes!" he yowled. Suddenly, he felt a light tap on his back. He spun around and saw Storm giving him an odd look.

    "Where do you think you're going, Cray?" he spat. Cray gave him an annoyed glare.

    "Uh... going with my-!"

    "What happened to being loyal to ThunderFox?" Storm asked slyly, cutting Cray off of his sentence. "Remember the deal? You stay loyal, or I kill you!" he snapped.

    "I'm going where I belong. Not here, but at my world. Like, what do you take me for now, a traitor?" retorted Cray. Storm gave him a distasteful glare.

    "Oh, come on! You ruined it! I was gonna yowl 'traitor' and attack you and stuff!" hissed Storm.

    "Well, man, then do it," snapped Cray.

    "Nah..., you ruined the moment..." Storm grumbled, looking away. Then, Storm pounced, trying to pin him down. Instead, he fell to the ground. Cray dodged and sighed.

    "Dude, can we, like, not do this right now? I'm not in the mood," he mewed as he walked away. "I've got a portal to catch!" He raced away, leaving Storm and his Clan behind.
