I clicked on the notification. My phone screen brightened as it transferred from the lock screen to my email. It was from an unknown email. It read,
Hi! My name is Blakley. I'm from Pluckley, England. I saw your post about your missing reaper and I have good and bad news. There's a lone reaper over here in Pluckley. It is a sly one alright. Moving from taverns to graveyards. The thing has bloody lost the plot thinking it can disappear from its human. The bad news is that every time it heads to the graveyard it writes a number. It started out at 7 then 6 then 5. The number currently is at 5. I was thinking since you have 'lost' your reaper those numbers could be the days until you become granted with immortality. I have booked you two plane tickets to come retrieve it. You'd be a real tosser not to pack your bags and come over to Pluckley. They say it's one of the most haunted places in the world but you should be able to overcome that if you want to get your reaper back and not become immortal. Well, I guess give me a response so I know if I need to cancel the flight

I reread the email. I took a deep breath.
"Uh...E."
"Yeah Sadie?" Ethan shouted from the kitchen.
"I think I know where my reaper is." Ethan came out from the kitchen. He was covered in hot cake mix and flour. I giggled at the sight
"What? How?"
"I got an email from this chic named Blakley. She apparently lives in Pluckley, England and she's seen a reaper walking to and from the taverns and the graveyards. The reaper has been writing numbers in the graveyard. She thinks it's the days I have until I become immortal. She has booked two plane tickets so I can come check it out." I held out the phone showing E the email.
"Sadie I don't know. How can we trust her? She's a random person!" E wiped his hands on his pants. Why the heck isn't he wearing an apron? Typical Ethan.
"We can't." I shrugged. "But we can hope for the best and prepare for the worst." There was no way in Heaven he was gonna win this one!Hope you all enjoy this story!
