Oryn bent down to help me up. Tears pooled in my eyes. I waved him off.
"I'm fine...I'm fine." I grabbed onto the table and pulled myself up. Oryn swooped me up and carried me back to the couch.
"Oryn I'm fine!" I swung my arms around. He sat me on the couch
"It seems you have a sprained ankle...or broken leg. I'm not that good at this stuff." Oryn flipped his hair out of his eyes.
"I'm not quite sure what to do so I think I'm going to make a fake cast." For being the man that new everything about Ethan and me, he sure wasn't street smart. He pulled out some of the leftover wrap and walked into the hallway. I heard some muffled whispers and Oryn walked back out with 6 pairs of tall, knee high black socks.
"Are those mine?" I did not want my socks cut up no matter how damaged my legs were.
"Nope, they're Ethan's." I smiled, Ethan gave me his socks? Not very romantic but at the time I was a little out of it, to me it was one of the sweetest things. Oryn cut the tips of the socks off and put one after another on my foot. He took the wrap and weaved it around the socks. He then took some gauze and placed that on top of the wrap. By the time Oryn was done the 'cast' looked and felt like the real deal.
"Wow, you're pretty good at this for not knowing what you're doing." He Just ignored me.
"So I heard you were looking for a reaper." Oryn sat down next to me. I still couldn't place how I knew that name...where was it from?
"Yeah, how'd you know?" I asked. His face became clearer in my mind. Oryn! I knew I heard that name before. He snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Lucky guess. Well your reaper is fine. He is safe, and so are you." Oryn looked at me from the corner of his eyes, his head positioned straight ahead. Gosh he was so weird.
"How...How do...How do you know?" I stared back at him.
"Because I'm...your reaper."Yes! A cliffhanger!
Not sure if I'm going to do a sequel or continue here or just end it all. I just might do a sequel if y'all like this story so stay tuned!Hope you all enjoy this story!
