Great Hall - Christmas Break
Ever since the night Hermione found out about Draco's task, she hasn't been able to think right. Harry and Ron have been noticing her dazing off in class and not looking as good as she usually did. Ofcourse, she couldn't explain what was going on.
Hermione would always think of Draco. She is always worried that something will happen to the love of her life at that at any moment, he will be taken from her.
'No! Don't think like that!' She would tell herself.
Blaise, Astoria, and Theo all knew about the task. Draco didn't tell Hermione because of how she would react. Hermione was a little mad that he didn't say anything, but she completely understood why.
The days rolled by quickly as everyone was excited for the holiday break. All five of them hadn't seen eachother recently due to all the craziness going on in school but then knew they had the holidays to look forward to.
Oh wait...
Their Dark Marks..
Hermione nearly forgot about it. How could she!? Even though the horrible mark would be etched into her skin in days time, she would try to make the best of the holidays.
It was December 22, meaning that Christmas was days away. The Hogwarts students who would be leaving to go to their homes were required to meet in the Great Hall so then can be sent off. Hermione made sure she had all of her belongings and headed down to the Great Hall.
Once she arrived, she was instantly greated by Harry, Ron, and Ginny. They had been acting a little strange around her, worrying that she would snap at any moment.
"Hey Hermione." Harry greated her. She waved her hand and put her trunk down next to her. "Hey guys," she calmly said. "Are you guys ready for break?" "Hell yea!" Ron exclaimed. "Food, candy, and free stuff! It's a blood day of heaven!" Harry laughed and Ginny rolled her eyes. "It's also a time to be home with parents Ronald." Ginny scolded. Ron grunted and turned back to Hermione. "Are you sure you don't want to come with us to the Burrow Hermione?" He questioned. She shook her head. "I can't Ron," she began. "I have fanily back in London that I really want to spend time with. Don't worry I'll see you guys right after break anyways." She explained. The three of them completely understood. Just then, Professor McGonagall stepped foward to speak.
"All students who plan on leaving Hogwarts School for the holiday, please make your way twords the train as it has just arrived!" She directed. "Well tine for us to head home." Ginny said. The four of them grabbed their belongings and headed twords the train.

King's Cross Station
Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Hermione all stepped off the train and went to gather their belongings. Once they received them, they hugged Hermione one last time before separating. "Be safe Hermione!" Harry told her. "Have a great holiday and owl us if anything happens." "Don't worry Harry, I will!" Hermione called out. Ron, Ginny, and Harry walked one way while Hermione walked the other. She planned on meeting Astoria, Draco, Theo, Blaise, and Lucius Malfoy behind the Train Station.
After a few minutes, she finally showed up. Hermione assumed that Draco was explaining to his father about her finding out about the plan, considering the fact that they were separated from the other three. Not wanting to intrude on their conversation, Hermione walked over to the others.
"Hey guys." She said. "Hey Mia." Theo called out. "How are you feeling?" Hermione smiled. "Well, I'm alive so I guess I'm ok." She simply stated. Theo laughed. "Well that's good to hear atleast." After he finished, Draco and Lucius cut in. "Great, everyone is here now." Lucius said. "Let's go home, I'm exhausted." Draco stated. Lucius, Theo, and Astoria linked arms while Blaise, Hermione, and Draco did as well. At the same time, they apparated to the Malfoy Mannor.
