Chapter Twenty Six
Perrie met up with us at a Chinese restaurant that serves the most delicious stir fried noodles! Plus the buffet is cheap and it's all worth it. I probably eaten mountains of sweet and sour chicken fillet and a gallon of wanton soup. It's that good.
Milly enjoyed herself, going back and forth in the fortune cookie corner. She actually believes that crap even if she's not Chinese. We started at 12:30, now it's 2PM and I feel like I'm about to explode. I haven't eaten so much in my life.
"I think I've eaten enough for a lifetime." Perrie says, pushing the shrimp away with her chopsticks.
"Agreed." I said and a really loud burp came out of my mouth. Wasn't that charming. The three of us burst into laughter until a group of Chinese men sent us death glares.
"These jeans suddenly got too tight." Milly sucked her stomach in and buttoned it up. She unbuttoned it halfway into the meal cause she said she wants to eat all she wants.
"And you still question why? How many times did you go back and checked up on the ribs, Milly?" I ask her. She glared at me, making Perrie laugh and Milly shoving both of us out the restaurant. We pile up in Milly's car with Perrie in the passenger and me on the backseat.
Milly stopped over at the Sainsbury's near our school and QIU. Milly picked up a large crate of Gatorade, maybe 2 with the assistance of an employee. She's covering up for the whole team. That's generous of her.
"We also need some aspirin, bandages and maybe some pain killers." Perrie says in a serious tone. She instantly yanked me from the counter and took me to Boots across the street. I was surprised when she grabbed about 5 rolls of bandages of 5 meters each and a lot of pain killer tablets.
"Perrie, this is a football game not WWE." I tell her. She turns to me like I didn't know what I just said. Maybe I don't but what do I know:
"When those two university battle for something, they fight hard and rough. In shorter terms, brutal." She says with a shrug.
Milly did say there's always been tension between Louis and our school's football captain. This is an interesting yet a match I'm dreading.
When we got to the stadium, we used the players' entrance and put the crate on their side of the team. They were being introduced to a game plan so we just stood there and waited for it to end. I looked around and the stadiums half full already. The side of TUA is fully occupied, a lot of familiar faces. For now, we're sitting in QIU's side.
They finish their huddle and they got ready for the game. 4 particular boys practically already screamed in victory when they saw the giant crate on the bench.
"You three are the best!" Niall yelled and attacked us with a bear hug each. I chuckled when it was my turn making him laugh aswell.
"Milly paid for everything, I just helped carry that thing in here." I waved off. He rolls his eyes at me, I find it really amusing that he's annoyed. He turns around then back at me.
"Gotta rush. Cheer for us, a'ight?" He says before running off. Louis stood right infront of me without a smile or any emotion noticeable on his gorgeous face.
"Does this mean you forgive me? Coming to my game?" He asks. Its obvious he's hiding his smirk.
"I guess if you win..." I say with a shrug. He rolls his eyes, turning away and scoffs. "Right." He says in a sarcastic way.
"Don't worry about it, they're bunch of pussies for all I know and you're not, I mean all of you." I tell him making him chuckle. He turns to me and pushes my hair from my shoulder. "You just had to take it back." He whispers.
