Chapter Thirty

We stick around the party for a while longer. I even lost Louis for 30 minutes and when I found him, he's drunk out of his wits. I sigh and pull him off the counter. After the game, Carrie acted as if nothing happened. I didnt see Niall or either of the two boys anywhere afterwards; I just assumed they went home.

"Lou? Come on, let's go home." I say, tugging on his arm. He gets up and wipes his face. His eyes are closed and he had to peel them open.

"Let me get my keys." He stand up but I sat him back down. I unhook the keys from the when his belt is supposed to go. Only it's stuck. "You're not driving tonight." I tell him. He's even struggling to stand up.

"You... Can't... Drive." He slurs, hiccuping afterwards. He slowly falls forward so I push him up against the counter. He covers the keys with his own hands and puts his other on my bare neck. "Neither can you. Come on be a good boy and give me the keys." I easily move his hand from the keys and unhook it without much struggle this time.

He throws his arm over my shoulder and pins me on the wall. My god he's out of his mind. "I know you want me, Megan." He says in a seductively silly way.

"I want you to go home..." I say, dragging him out of the apartment. This was a bad idea from the start. I shouldn't have come here in the first place. When we got out, it's freezing. It's nearly 4AM and the temperature has dropped 50 degrees by then.

A groggy Louis stumbles behind me and we both slam onto the car. His hands found their way to my waist thats barely covered with my shirt. I struggle to get him off but I managed to unlock the car and got myself in. Before he can react, I lock the driver's door so he's forced to go around the passenger's seat.

"You're not very nice tonight" he grumbles, leaning his head on the glass. "Neither are you sober" I say to myself and jab the key in, turning it and the engines come to life.

Dad taught me how to drive when I was 12, I took my exam when I turned 18, I passed but I haven't really driven in the highway. This is an experience. I pull over from the parking lot and take a left to the main road. There are less cars now, excluding the buses and shuttles. My driving's a little bumpy at first. My feet aren't used to the pedals so I sometimes accidentally hit the break instead of the gas pedal. Not as if Louis cared, he's already snoring in his seat. It took us twice as long to get to our apartment. I had to take a detour due to the road reconstruction in the main road and crashed at least 2 garbage bins.

I got out of the car and went around, tapping the passenger seat to wake him up. He jolts up, hitting his head. He opens the door, grumbling as he got out. I slam the door just as he grab hold of my waist as a support. I sigh and decided to just drag him in.

Surprisingly, it worked. When we reached the apartment, he made his way to the bedroom. I sigh and followed behind him. The door is open but he's nowhere to be found. When I went in, it's weirdly quiet. Then and there, I was pinned against the wall by none other than Louis Tomlinson.

"I meant what I said.... I want you." His voice came more of a hiss and a slur all at the same time. I haven't heard him like this before and it surprised the soul out of me before I can respond. that's how much alcohol he's consumed and it scares me.

"Louis, you don't know what you're talking about... You're tired and drunk." I tell while I force him to look me in the eye.

"I know exactly what I'm talking about. Meg, you kissed Niall, one of my best mates, out of all the people" he says. I can feel his heart rate raising as I put my hand on his chest.

"If I kissed Vlad would you react the same way?" I ask him. He looks up at me with his bright blue eyes in concern. I raise my eyebrows at me as if I'm forcing the answer out of him.
