“...And this is the lab,” Bruce said, holding his arms out. Tony had followed you in. The two of them were showing you around the S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier as you had just recently moved in and joined the Avengers.
“Neat,” you said, mildly impressed. They both turned around to look out the window.
“From here,” Tony said, “You can see the S.H.I.E.L.D control roo- What are you doing?” He had turned back around just in time to see you open the control panel and grabbed a green coated wire.
“Exploring,” you replied, simply, knocking you glasses from the top of your head to the bridge of your nose.
“Don’t mess with that stuff,” Bruce said frantically, as you ripped out one end of the wire.
“Could you hand me that- never mind,” you said, ignoring them and reaching for a pair of wire cutters. You sniped of the remaining bit of wire and put the snippers down. Then you ripped out the other end of the wire and cut the end off of that one to.
“If you remove this,” You said, finally facing them, “it will make the whole system run faster.” You threw the wire over your shoulder and it landed perfectly in the trash bin. “As I could see as I first walked in, you are trying to decode,” You paused, moving closer to Loki’s scepter, “this. Well,” you moved to the computer, “it’s definitely going faster now and... if you change this code around… it will go even faster.” The boys looked impressed. “Now, if you don’t mind, I’ll just show myself out and head to my room. I’m really quite jet lagged.” You smiled and left the lab.
