I begin fangirl school the next day. It is far better than school back home, obviously. The classes are a hundred times more enjoyable than Algebra or English. We even get an entire block set aside purely for independent reading!

I really do enjoy myself, but I try to keep an eye out for the odd things Blue Hair had tried to tell me about. I haven't seen her since the first day, when Trin had been in the library. I haven't seen anything weird, either. I wonder if she was telling the truth; maybe she had just been trying to scare me.

Regardless, I need to find out.

Spending so much time with Trin, who talks nonstop, I've started to become more confident. I get up from my bed, where I had been laying with my library book, and step into the hallway. Just before I close the door to my bedroom, I consider what Blue Hair had warned me about.

Slipping back into my dorm, I grab the key to my room and lock the door behind me, putting the key in my pocket afterward.

I head to Blue Hair's door and look up and down the hallway, to make sure no one is around. She probably won't tell me anything if there are people around.

I knock on the door.

"Who is it!" Blue Hair yells from inside.

"Um- it's Freya," I call back.

"Freya? Who the heck is Freya? Are you trying to rob me?"

I mentally slam my face in a door. Of course she wouldn't know who I am, I never told her my name. "Just open the door," I tell her, "please. You'll recognize me."

"Look, I don't have anything valuable! I'd try the boys dorm if I were you."

"I'M NOT TRYING TO ROB YOU. JUST OPEN THE FREAKING DOOR."

The door swings open.

Blue Hair holds her hands in surrender position. "Wow, I didn't know you had that in you, Curly."

"I- I didn't either."

Blue Hair steps aside and gestures to her room. "Come on in," she says, "just don't rob me."
