The minute Silver, or Silvia, whichever, was alone with— Elodis— she wanted to throw her a hundred yards. So when Elodis had said, "I know that neither of us are liking this already" Silvia had rolled her eyes and said, " We'll you got that right, for once."
Elodis gave her the icy stare she was known for. "Let's just pretend to be friends when our parents are around, just so we don't get lectured;" she shifted her weight onto the opposite leg of which she had it on. "Deal?" She asked, tilting her head a small bit. "Deal." Silvia sighed.

"So, now that our parents have left us alone, what shall we do that doesn't involve enjoying each others company." "Read? Something like that. I don't give a crap." And with that, Silvia and Elodis knew, they were not, under any circumstances, EVER going to be friends and that was that.
