"Elodis, you don't know where this hotel is, do you?" Silvia asked.
"Well.. no not really." She said, sighing exasperatedly.
"Alright, let's ask someone if they know."
"I'm not asking." Elodis said immediately.
"Sometimes, you two are like 10 year olds." Alex walks over to a pair of girls, says a couple of words, and they exchange words a bit. Elodis had been watching the entire time, spacing out eventually.
After a while, Alex nods and starts to leave, when the golden haired girl stopped, said some words, and followed him over with her sister.
Elodis shook her head, snapping herself out of the little daze she had been in. She pointed her eyes ahead of her, and she never knew how fascinating a road could look.
Silvia raised her eyebrow. Elodis didn't pull her eyes up, and kept them on the ground, re-tying her hair up with black ribbon.
"Uh, guys, this is Harper and her sister, Emery, they insist on coming with us..."
"Your in Narnia, honey, aren't you?" Silvia mumbled, loud enough for Elodis, but just Elodis to hear. Elodis nodded slightly, taking a small glance up at Silvia. She waited for the girls to saddle up, her eyes on the road. They did, eventually, but Harper had to ride with Alex, since she had NO experience. Elodis looked back at the two before she got her horse to start moving forward.
Alex was casually talking, getting to know her, usually laughing. Elodis wasn't really listening and instead, for once, paying attention to riding the horse."nice, you're actually riding the horse correctly."
"Come on, I fell off one time."
"And then rolled down a hill, repeatedly bumping your head in the process."
Elodis groaned as Emery giggled. "You're mean." She pouted.
"No, I'm realistic."
"Still a meanie."
"Anyway, i think we are here." Silvia said.
"Okay. I will.. pay for everything." She said as she hopped down from the horse, after putting it in the stables.
