My little inspirational tid bit from the music video above:
Okay has anyone listened to the new song by Maroon 5 called "Girls Like You"?! The first time I heard it I wasn't completely listening to the lyrics but I almost cried bc I just felt so empowered and proud to be a girl. We have such a great community when we choose to support one another instead of comparing ourselves and competing with one another. Mostly, this music video just made me feel proud to be unique and myself and just to know that we are all unique in our own way and special, and amazing human beings! And yet, at the same time we are all the same and have a great community of support when we entrust ourselves with/in it. And even if no one around us currently is supportive, there are people around the world who will support you. And just to know that exists makes the world feel less daunting to act with integrity and follow our hearts in whatever way that may be. I've listened to it all day straight now and it's kind of worn off but still, it started off strong when I was walking outside today I just was standing tall and dancing and having fun just walking to my destination and not caring what anyone thought.
Hope you enjoy this chapter!

Jason didn't appear to have a menacing look in his eyes this time though. "Come to the garage with me." But this seemed a little sketchy. Wasn't it in one of the movies Harry was adamant that Meghan see where a character got shot in the garage?
When he led a timid Meghan to the garage, she was shocked.
He had a for sale sign. It was confirmation he was really letting go of the idea of the two of them. It was a way to also pay for vet school since his scholarship would only be good for undergrad. It also affirmed his progress. To willingly decide on his own to let go of his idea that bringing Meghan home would result in them going back to how thing "should" be as prescribed by Freyville's small town traditional thinking, and to now pursue his dreams that he had buried and not let out.
Later, Meghan took Jason to her old place of work and introduced him to the ladies who were like her second mothers to her. He was in good care now. He had agreed to go in twice a week and start to volunteer (as per Meghan's suggestion) at the animal shelter a town over to get him out of the house and doing something he enjoys before college starts up again.
"Say hi to your parent's for me. I'm not sure I'm ready to face them. I can't stand the thought to be honest. Let alone my own parents. My personality disorder might kick in around them. He said embarrassed." Meghan understood from experience of hearing other members from Heads Together talk about the shame of a mental health disorder. He had severed off course and no one had seen him act out in this town aside from herself since he left for college.
"It's okay Jason. Once day at a time. You control your universe. Only you."
"Did a wise man say that to you?" He winked.
"A man who's getting there did." She said back and laughed, hugging him and then pushing the door open.
She had a weird feeling sitting in her stomach still. It had been a crazy intense week for the two of them. But smelling the fresh air after another rain shower, made her feel better. Stepping down the stairs from Jason's front porch, being in charge of her own universe.
Harry felt a tap on his right shoulder and turned around.
"Hey!" He set his tea and paper down immediately to get up.
Meghan received the biggest hug from Harry. He lifted her feet up off the floor and spun her as the feeling of relief and joy erupted in pixie dust from an overwhelming flow of emotions if that were possible. He nuzzled his nose into the crook of her neck, never wanting to let her go.
