The weekend slowly creeped by, I tried my best avoiding Jesse, only occasionally did I see him walking around or leaving the house with his family and my mom. Brady had gotten this new job but he has to fly somewhere to get there. He left last night so everyone was up extremely early to bring him to the airport. Don't think it only took him a day to get that job though, he has been looking for new work since they started worrying about money. He finally found it.

It's Sunday evening and I'm sitting on my bed, mentally preparing myself for tomorrow, Jesse will be in my class, with my friends, all day. Remember I'm only a 9th grader which means we all take the same classes. Unfourtuantly.

-----------------------------------------------------------

"Amanda, wake up" A distant voice was heard in the distance, I tried my hardest to push it out of my head. Rolling over I pulled the sheets over my head. "Do we have to do this every morning?"

Finally giving into the pleading I awoke, and like every morning so far I had forgotten Jesse was with us. Mom turned back to her room to get ready, as I continued down the steps to get breakfest, I liked to eat before I got ready.

Rubbing my eyes I walked into the kitchen. I put on my glasses and Jesse's figure becomes clear in my retina.

"Morning" Obviously oblivious to what I'm wearing I walk around the table into the direction he was facing. I hear him gag and spit a little on the orange juice he's gulping down, piviting around on my heel I ask,

"Something wrong?" I lift my eyebrows waiting for a response, I realize he's staring in shock, uh, down south. Shit, shit shit. I'm wearing underwear and a t-shirt. Like a lightning bolt I run upstairs, quickly throw my hair in a bun, change and run back down. Act cool, nothing happened, he did not just see you half naked, you still have dignity.

"Ah, you remebered pants this time I see?" I open my mouth to talk but he continues anyway "You know, I could tell from the moment I walked in you found me irresistable, I find it more attractive when girl's play hard to get. You come off a little to strong" He smirked that sexy - no Amanda it's not sexy, jesus I need to control myself - Arrogant is what I meant, yes that arrogant smirk.

"You fuck face, the last thing I wanted was to see you again, do you remember what you did to me last time we saw eachother?" A puzzled look masked his face "The sand, Jesse, the god damn sand! I had to cut off all of my hair! My hair!" I hadn't even realized the whole time I had been backing him against the counter tops. His whole fucking face was lit up, like a christmas tree. He was amused by this, I'm intimidating, why is he so amused?

"Are you trying to scare me? I remember perfectly well by the way, I thought long and hard about doing that to you," he placed his now empty glass of orange juice onto the table and slowly exited the kitchen, but not before adding " Best decision of my life,"

---------------------------------------------------

The bus ride was awkward, Jesse sat across from me, but he kept staring at me like I had a bug on my face or something. He knows it annoys me, that jerk.

Walking into school was worse, I had to show Jesse to the office so he could get his things, but everyone kept staring, why is he so freaking gorgeous?

Standing by my locker I see Sam out of the corner of my eye making her way toward me, her lips pursed in a straight line, I knew that look, she had something to tell me. Locking my locker I met eyes with her, and she finally exploded.

"I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! I knew he would grow up to be some sex god, look at him, can a guy get more perfect, why aren't we already together? Oh no maybe he likes you, mabye he like likes you! What am I going to d-"
