The week flew by, with common dates with Jackson, hanging out with Sam and bickering with Jesse. In face I am about to meet with Jackson now, saying we have to talk. Sounds intimidating but I keep reminding myself it can't because he wants to break up because we aren't officially dating anyway. I want to but I'm not sure if it would work out, I am a little tulip and he's a full grown tree. At the same time I don't know if it would be to bad if we dated.
"Hey," I say quickly when Jackson pulls up.
"Yeah, hey," I invite him inside to sit down in the living so we both do. It's not awkward but it's not completley comfortable either. "We've been on a few dates now, and I was thinking, well, do you want to be my girlfriend,"
I smile before stepping over and hugging him. "Of course, I've been waiting for you to ask me that," I hear him give a sigh of relief and then we head out together to go to the park.
Jesse's POV.
Here I am, sat next to a hot chick, like unbelievably hot. And I don't want her. She's been all over since we arrived here and yet I can't bring myself to want anything from her. All I want is to watch the football game without being interuppted, is that too much to ask for? I should be thankful that I've got everything, a bad ass reputation, a hot chick that never leaves me, a ton of friends. And yet, I don't want it, no I want it, I don't need it. I did want it, I wanted everything, I wanted a girlfriend, but not this girl, she's to open about everything. I want someone with a litte mystery. Although the girl I dated that had a little mystery I got annoyed at her for not telling me anything. See! Here I go again! You can't win with me!
Now I know why Amanda is with that Jackson guy instead of me.
'No Jesse, you don't like Amanda, she's to precious and good for you. All you will do is ruin her'
Concionce is right, I don't deserve her. But I do owe it to myself to help her get a good boyfriend, so maybe I should be happy for her, but there is something about him I don't like. Ugh, I become like a father when I think about her, so over protective. But she needs this, she doesn't have a real father to be so protective. I started smirking realizing that what I'm doing is good, I'm doing something good.
"Jesse what's wrong, don't you like me?" Cambria snapped me out of my thoughts.
"No, of course I do but I don't feel well, maybe you should leave," I lied but I can't tell her I'm just not interested, she will get mad and you don't want to be on the other end when she is mad, she spreads rumors like a wildfire. Okay, maybe some of them aren't rumors but the point is, she has credit and people will believe her over you.
"But, Jay Jay I don't want to leave, I like being with you," She put her head on my shoulder and started pouting.
"Listen, I like you being here to but I just need to rest or it will take longer to feel better and then it will be a lot longer until we can see eachother," She sprang up and ran out quickly but not before kissing me and tell me 'We wouldn't want that, I leave, feel better, baby'.
After the football game was over I decided to head out and see what my mom is up too, what I heard made a huge smile spread across my face.
"Leann, I think it's about time we tell the kids," Ms. Thompson said.
"But, it's crazy and I don't think I'm ready to leave them here, together."
"They need to know we are leaving for the weekend, when we were kids don't you remember the thrill of our parents leaving so we could throw parties?"
"Cindy! Are you suggesting they throw a party?"
"Oh please we both know they will and I am not hiring a babysitter,"
I decide now to walk into the kitchen where my mother and Cindy are cooking, and talking. They notice me and put down they stop and smile at me, innocently as if I didn't hear what they said, but I spoke up anyway, "So a party?"
"So you heard that?" Mom mumbled before turning back to the pot she was stirring, I need to play innocent and not let them expect anything strange.
"Don't worry about it, I'm not throwing a party, this isn't my house. It would be Amanda's call and I think we both know what she will say!" Laughing I pick up a coke out of the fridge and pop the lid.
----------------------------------------
"A party?" Amanda walked into the house astonished by the scene in front of her I would assume, taht's what she gets for coming home late after our parents had left. Wasn't to bad actually a ton of people showed up and I got Kevin bring around some alcohol.
"Yes, indeed my dear dear friend, now go relax and have fun!"
"But my room!"
"Upstairs is blocked off!" With that she took Jackson's hand and dragged him into the living room. I however made my way to the kitchen where everyone was drunk and playing some weird game that I had no attention to join but I did watch.
After I couldn't bare the game anymore I went to find Cambria, not sure why, but I felt a pulling force telling me to be with her, so I did. We ended up dancing the whole night but still it didn't feel right. It felt as though I was almost cheating on someone even though I wasn't in a relationship.
Deciding to take a walk around outside, I start to make my way to the hallway which is when I see her. Amanda. Screaming at some dude to leave her alone, he was all over her, and everyone was watching and laughing, some hollering.
"Hey!" I yelled, but to no avail "What the fuck do you think you're doing!" That got his attention. Amanda turned around with tears streaming down her face, I picked her up bridal style and started towards the steps, her breath smelled like alcohol.
"You're like superman," She laughed a little, I couldn't help but feel a smile creep onto my lips.
"I guess something like that," I say as I drop her onto her bed, she instantly started closing her eyes, I got down and lid next to her and smoothed her hair "Stay in here okay?"
She nodded, as I was leaving I heard her murmur "Stay here,"
"I would but I got some buisness to take care of," I need to fins Jackson, if that jerk thinks he can get away with leaving my Panda like that, he's got another thing coming.
I pushed through people on my way to find, I've searched all over the house and couldn't find him. Only place I haven't checked is the bathroom. I stumbled a little as I finally reached the bathroom, the door was slighly a jar. There he was, it's dark in there but I can for sure pick out two siloettes. Are they kissing? Oh no.
"Did you break up with that weird goody two shoes yet?" The voice of the girl was so farmiliar, but I couldn't make it out. Probably someone I heard earlier.
"No the bet was to get her to kiss me, but she won't. She's so, I don't know what to say, she teases me, it would be totally hot if my money wasn't on the line,"
I am going to rip off his balls and then his mouth and then his eyes. How could he do this? She thinks he's really into her, she's really into him. I knew something was off about him since the moment I saw him with her. It isn't right, but she's drunk I can't tell her. She won't believe me anyway, why should she? I don't want her to get hurt, I don't know what to do about it.
Tommorrow, tomorrow I will tell her about it.
