Lilith enjoyed how beautiful the sky looked on the planet of the Ja'al people. It was usually snowing, but there were times in the year where it would be beautiful out. Little plants would bloom as well. Lilith took this opportunity to practice her drawing. Her family would only be here for two more days, then back on that boring ship they would go. There was nothing interesting to draw on the ship either. When she was younger, she had drawn a portrait of her uncle Hunk. To this day it was still on the refrigerator. But Lilith learned she wasn't good at drawing people. She loved drawing out landscape. She had drawn beautiful art of every planet she had visited. Now, Lilith was surrounded by scattered papers and colored pencils. She fixed her headphones her Aunt Pidge got her for her 13th birthday two months ago onto her head. She picked up her pencil and looked up at the night sky. Shades of purple and blue with specks of silver dotting the sky. At that moment Lilith wished she could stay there forever. She felt at peace. No little brother to bother her or a mother who is so overprotective of her. It was just her, her drawing equipment and the crescent moon."Lilith!" But of course someone always had to ruin her moment of peace. She rolled her eyes with a sigh.
"What you want, Ash?" Ash came running over and stopped in front of her to catch his breath. Even though he was three years younger than her. Ash was nearly her height. He was fairly big for his age. Maybe it's just the galra genes.
"Mom wants you back. He doesn't like when you run off alone." Lilith tucked her loose papers in her folder and picked up her pencils before standing up. She took off her headphones and looked over at Ash.
"So he sends you to come get me instead of coming himself."
"You know moms not doing well. They say it's because of our little brother." The two had started walking back.
"Little brother? Ash, we don't know the gender yet. It could be a girl." Ash gently ran his fingers over one of the glowing plants.
"Yeah, but brothers are way better than annoying sisters." He chuckled softly, glancing over at her. Lilith clenched her jaw and narrowed her eyes.
"You're the annoying one."

"Where have you been?" Lance asked with a serious tone. "You've got your mother worried sick that he insisted on going out there and looking for you himself. You know he's not doing well.""I know, dad." Lilith set her folder and colored pencils on the table. Lance sighed, putting the last of the dishes away.
"Please tell us where you're going from now on." Lilith sighed. She had sat down on the couch. Ash beside her playing with his Nintendo switch.
"Sorry.." she looked down. Lance gave a slight smile and hugged her.
"I know you are. You're a good girl, Lilith." Lilith glanced up at him.
"Dad, you should seriously shave." Lance pulled away, touching his little beard.
"What? I thought it made me look more like a dad."
"You look like Hanzo from Overwatch." Ash said, looking up from his game device. Lance chuckled.
"But doesn't Hanzo look cool?" Ash shrugged and pulled up a picture of him for Lance to see.
"I mean, those tattoos though."
"Then, maybe I should get some tattoos." Lance laughed along with his two kids.
"Dad, just stick with your day job." Ash switched back over to his game.
"You're something else, Ash." Lance ruffled his hair, standing back up. "Bedtimes at nine. That means game off now." Ash grumbled, shutting off his device and setting it on the couch beside him.
"It's not even nine yet." Ash whined. Lilith had gotten up and started to follow Lance.
"Yeah, but you guys gotta change and go say goodnight to your mother."
"Yeah." Ash sighed and scooted off the couch. "Do you know if we're getting a baby brother yet?" Lance looked down at Ash with a smile.
"No, not yet. You'll find out when your baby sibling is born." Ash pouted, crossing his arms.
"That's going to take forever though." Lance had opened the door to Keith's room where he lay on the bed, reading a book of baby names.
"Two more months guys." Lance walked over first, giving Keith a kiss on the forehead. "How you feeling, mi amor?" Keith smiled weakly, setting the book down to his side. He placed his hand on his bulging stomach.
"Better than before." He smiled back and then looked over at his two kids.
"Good, you two are alright." He sighed in relief. Lance nodded and brought over a glass of water for him that was on the nightstand. Keith took a few sips before giving it back to Lance. "How's your studies doing? I'm sorry I can't really help you guys with it." Lilith shrugged, looking away. She couldn't bare seeing her mother like this. Bed written till he gives birth."It's alright." She said softly.
"I've been helping them, Keith." Lance said. "Don't worry about things. You heard what the doctor and Allura said. It's not good to stress yourself out." Keith nodded.
"I know. I'm not stressed."
"Good. Now hug your mother. It's time for bed." Lilith and Ash came over to the edge of the bed and hugged Keith.
"Night." Keith smiled, laying both his hands on his stomach as a slight pain surged through his abdomen. The two walked out the room alone as Lance stayed behind to soothe Keith's pains.
"I can't wait till our sibling is born." Ash said, pulling out his pajamas. Lilith was doing the same thing.
"Me neither, but probably not because of the same reason as you." Ash looked over with a confused look.
"What you mean?" Lilith stood back up with her pajamas.
"I don't like seeing mom like this." She looked down. "He can't hang out with us like he used to." Ash looked down as well.
"Yeah, I know. But he'll be fine. Remember, dad promised we'll all hang out as a family. Like we did before." Ash leaned on his older sisters side. Lilith didn't pay mind and kept her head low.
"Ash, do you remember when we were younger?"
"Hmm, not really. Why you asking?" Lilith pushed her brother off.
"Nevermind. I bet everything will be alright." Ash watched Lilith walk out to the bathroom. He tilted his head in confusion.
"She's losing it." He shook his head.
