"This is all so confusing." Jinhwan groaned as he laid flat on the bed with his palms covering his face.

"What is Mrs. Koo gonna do now? What are we gonna do now?"

"I don't know either hyung, just let us handle this ourselves okay?" The younger said, sitting down on the corner of the bed as his elbows rested on his knees.

Jinhwan pulled himself up from the bed and moved beside Junhoe to hold his hand.

"Junhoe, I understand, but I'm also here for you in case you need me."

Junhoe smiled sadly while he nodded before he inched closer and wrapped his arms around the older.

"Please tell me that you love me, and that you'll never leave my side."

Jinhwan moved his arms around Junhoe's neck. "I love you. I will always be with you. I mean it."

"I have to go somewhere today."

Jinhwan looked at Junhoe. "Where?"

"I'm just going to buy some medicine. Mom has a little headache. From last night I guess."

The older boy's heart hurt from seeing Junhoe like this. He looked so down, it wasn't his usual self.

"Can I come with you?"

Junhoe slipped on his shoes as he looked up at Jinhwan. "You don't need to hyung. I'll only take a little bit."

"O-Okay."

Junhoe took Jinhwan's arm and pulled him into a tight and warm hug before he kissed the older and turned around to walk away.

Jinhwan watched as Junhoe grabbed his keys and walked out of the door.

A sigh escaped his mouth, his body melting down onto the bed as his ears rang from the silence that filled the entire room.

"What am I supposed to do alone?" He said, another sigh coming out of his mouth.

Jinhwan stood up from the bed and walked out of the room and into the corridor.

Mrs. Koo's room was the one across theirs. She was home, but there wasn't anything to be heard. It seems like the whole house was dead silent.

Jinhwan tiptoed downstairs to the living room, trying not to make a lot of noise, and walked over to the couch to see his dog, sleeping.

Suddenly, an idea popped up in his mind. He thought that he could finally take Mandu for a walk outside. For the first time since he entered his dorm, he can finally take Mandu out.

"Okay. Here's what's gonna happen. I'm gonna liven things up and try to be positive for the rest of the day. I'm gonna take Mandu for a walk, and it's gonna be a nice day today." Jinhwan whispered to himself, trying to improve his mood.

He went back upstairs to the bedroom and zipped open his luggage to grab Mandu's red collar, which he hasn't used for a long time now.

Jinhwan tiptoed downstairs again and carefully put the collar around his dog's neck.

"Mandu, we're going to the park today!" Jinhwan scream-whispered. He didn't know why he had to be quiet, but he just felt like he had to.

Jinhwan slipped his hand in his pocket, while the other was holding tightly on Mandu's leash.

Jinhwan looked at the time, it was 12:30 pm. It was a snowy day, but the sun still managed to show.
