"Jinhwan hyung, wait up!" Chanwoo yelled as his voice trembled from running.

Jinhwan turned around to look for the familiar voice. Noticing the younger, Jinhwan took a step back after seeing Chanwoo running towards him.

"Chanwoo? I didn't know you stayed here."

"I have something to tell you."

"Yeah? What is it?"

"It's about you and Junhoe." Chanwoo calmly said along with huffs that called for air. The words that have gone beyond the younger's lips made Jinhwan recall the past events once again.

Jinhwan and Chanwoo sat down on the bench just outside of the building. Not a lot of people were outside, just the cold silence that was hovering around them.

"Hyung."

Jinhwan looked at Chanwoo, not knowing what to say, he just remained silent and waited for what Chanwoo was going to say.

"Junhoe hyung.... He doesn't know who your step mom is."

Jinhwan's eyebrow was raised. "What? How did you even know about this?"

"Hyung I know this is all too much to deal with, but Junhoe didn't know that his father's mistress was your step mom. He didn't take part in any of this."

"Please don't think that Junhoe is scared to say it to you personally. It's just that I'm his friend, and I'm here to tell you this so I can not only help Junhoe hyung, but the both of you guys."

"Junhoe is just as overwhelmed as you are. He couldn't even stop you from leaving because he just found out who his father's mistress was as well. He was so confused and in shock when he realized it."

Jinhwan didn't respond, letting Chanwoo do all the talking. He was shocked at how much the younger knew, yet he still listened to him.

"Hyung, I know it's a such a selfish request, but please don't be mad at Junhoe, he wasn't a part of the things that have happened. He loves you and cares for you very much, so please understand. It's unpleasant to see you guys like this, I'm sure you feel the same way too."

Silence filled the air. Jinhwan's body felt heavy from hearing Chanwoo's words.

"I uh.... I have to go now.... Thanks for listening hyung."

Just like that, the younger stood up from the cold bench, and smiled sadly at Jinhwan before he turned around and started walking away.

His arms rested on his stomach. His eyes staring blankly at the white dusty ceiling. Jinhwan laid down on his bed, a soft blanket covering everything but his head.

Chanwoo was right. Junhoe didn't mean for this to happen. He didn't even want this to happen. He guessed that he was probably so emotionally flooded that he just bursted and left.

Jinhwan closed his eyes.

Guilt was spread all over his mind. He didn't know why he just left Junhoe like that, when he also felt the same emotions as he did. He felt stupid, he wanted to kick himself in the face for doing that. He wanted to go to Junhoe and apologize, so he can already be in his warm embrace.

Jinhwan's eyes blinked open as he heard the signature creaking noise that their bedroom door always made when it was being opened. Behind it, revealed Hanbin, who walked towards the older in a slow pace, the noise of his footsteps resonating inside the silent room.
