Chapter 2

The car finally arrived in his new university, and it didn't take long for Jinhwan's nervousness to rush in him. He didn't know what to expect from this new chapter in his life. He took his luggage, paid the driver, and hopped out of the car.

The place was beautiful, it was a wide and huge building with a spread of trees and bushes. This made Jinhwan feel a bit better.

The dorms were only next to the building, so he decided to go there first and unpack.

It was a three minute walk from where he was standing to his dorm. He went inside and looked at his room number, 302. "Great, there's no elevator and I have to walk up the stairs with this heavy ass bag." He sighed, already panting from the sight of the stairs.

He looked around and observed the place. It was well lit and had white walls with paintings hung on it and a grey marble floor. He kept looking around, tilting and turning his head everywhere. Until he turned to the entrance and saw a tall, black- haired guy in a red flannel and skinny jeans.

He didn't know why, but he was intimidated by the guy. One factor was because he was taller than him. Another was the fact that he thought the guy was attractive. Yes, Jinhwan is gay. He doesn't mind about other people's opinions about him. Yet, he doesn't talk about it. He creepily stared at the guy walking towards him for 3 more seconds until the stranger finally noticed him.

"..........."

"Hi there, um... you must be new here." The taller said.

Jinhwan was surprised that the guy talked to him. "Uh... yeah actually. I was just about to go to my dorm."

"Well, unfortunately there's no elevator here, it sucks. Another is that your luggage looks bigger than you. Here, let me carry it for you." The guy chuckled.

Jinhwan was offended by the guy's joke. He hated when people teased him and his height. But the offer to help him carry his things made up for it.

Jinhwan didn't say anything and just let the taller carry his luggage up the stairs. He just followed him like a small child behind his father.

They finally arrived at the third floor. Jinhwan thanked the random person. But he wanted to know what the guy's name was.

"Is this your dorm?" He asked

Jinhwan replied "yeah, 302."

"Oh, well this is great, we're just next to each other! 303." He said, pointing at his dorm while smiling.

"Oh, g-great, yeah" Still, he wanted to know his name.

"I'm Junhoe, nice to meet you."

"I'm Jinhwan, nice to meet you too, and thanks again for helping." Smiling as they exchanged names.

They waved goodbye to each other, Jinhwan watched as Junhoe walked in his dorm.

Jinhwan just stood there, staring at Junhoe's door. He liked him, but he thought it was ridiculous. "The hell Jinhwan? You barely know this guy." He said to himself. Maybe this was one of the perks of being a loner.

He then opened the door to his dorm and saw a guy in a grey hoodie

"Hi! You must be my roomie, I'm Hanbin, nice to meet you!" The person said while waving, enthused.
