Junhoe's eyes fluttered open and saw Jinhwan laying down on his back.
Jinhwan broke his gaze with his phone and smiled at Junhoe.
"Goodmorning." Jinhwan put down his phone and turned to wrap his arms around Junhoe.
Junhoe looked up at Jinhwan. "Why are you up so early?"
Jinhwan shrugged. "I don't know. I just suddenly woke up." Junhoe laughed, then sat up. He looked down on Jinhwan and smiled at each other before kissing.
"Junhoe, I have work today. I won't be home until 7, okay?"
Junhoe nodded. "Yeah. I'll just come take you there and pick you up after."

Donghyuk was absent today. He was feeling a bit sick since it was starting to get colder and colder outside. Everyone else felt the same too. But Jinhwan wouldn't let that affect his work, so he just took over Donghyuk's spot and became the temporary cashier for the day.
Today was a rather depressing day. It was cold outside, it wasn't sunny and bright like usual.
"Yunhyeong, why is nobody showing up yet?" Jinhwan whined as he sat down in front of the cash register, his elbow on the table and chin resting on his palm.
"It's still 9:43 am hyung. Who goes and eats burgers at 9?" Yunhyeong told Jinhwan while he prepared the ingredients back in the kitchen.
Jinhwan stood up and took the mop on the corner of the room and started swiping on the floor. He had nothing else to do, so he figured he should do something to kill some time.
"Donghyuk is so lucky he doesn't get to see how sad today is." Jinhwan sighed. Looking down at the floor while he pushed down on the mop.
After mopping, Jinhwan decided to walk over to one the dining tables and sit down on the chair. Specifically the chair he sat on when he and Junhoe ate here together.
He cringed at how awkward they were before, and that now, it's like he's the most comfortable with him.
He remembered how awkward it was when Junhoe put his jacket on for him, how dead silent it was when they walked back to their dorm. He remembered that time when he smacked the door after they said goodbye to each other because of how Junhoe made him feel that night.
Junhoe was the only person that he had in his heart. He was the only person he considered family, in fact he was more than family. It was a different kind of thing. It was like Junhoe was the whole world to him. He always felt alone back then. And now that he had Junhoe, and Junhoe had him, it was like he forgot what loneliness felt like even if Junhoe was just one person.
Jinhwan brushed his smile off his face and snapped back to reality when he heard Yunhyeong laughing beside him.
"Why are you laughing?" Jinhwan asked Yunhyeong.
"It's just... You just looked so funny in your diner uniform, staring out at the dark and cold space outside while smiling, as if it's a bright and sunny day." Yunhyeong continued laughing as Jinhwan just smiled sarcastically at him.
Yunhyeong walked over to the seat across Jinhwan and sat down in front of him.
"Hyung, how's your tuition going?"
Jinhwan looked over to Yunhyeong. "Surprisingly, it's been actually pretty fine. I've already paid for it about 3 days ago."
"Hm? That's insane. I don't get how you survive. This diner only pays us half the amount of our tuition." Yunhyeong said as he crossed his arms and rested them on the table.
