Chapter 27

"Junhoe,wake up already."

Jinhwan stood at the left side of the bed, where Junhoe's sleeping body was. He grabbed the younger's wrist and started moving it around.

"Junhoe, wake up please."

Hearing the familiar soft tone, Junhoe drowsily rolled around and finally realized what was happening.

"Goodmorning." Jinhwan said as he crossed his arms. Making Junhoe look up at him.

"Goodmorning hyung." Junhoe said in a drowsy, sleepy voice.

"Now get up. We gotta clean this room." Jinhwan ordered, he raised his arm to show the mess that was the room covered in their dirty clothes and other belongings.

Jinhwan frowned at the mess. "I don't even know how this happened."

The older was tired of waiting for Junhoe already. He took his arm and hovered it over Junhoe so he can help him get up.

"Come here."

Junhoe grabbed onto Jinhwan's hand, and here, everything took a turn. The younger pulled down Jinhwan's hand, making him fall onto Junhoe's body.

"Hey!"

Jinhwan found himself laying face down on Junhoe's chest. He tried to get up, but Junhoe was quick to think and wrapped his arms around Jinhwan's neck. Junhoe hugged the older male tightly and pecked him on the lips before the latter finally managed to escape from Junhoe.

Jinhwan grabbed the pillow that was close to his reach and threw it at Junhoe. Making the younger shield his face in his arms.

"Get up already! Your breath smells."

"Okay fine, I will!" Junhoe chuckled.

After cleaning up, Jinhwan walked with Junhoe downstairs to greet Mrs. Koo, who was already finished preparing breakfast.

"Goodmorning, boys."

Junhoe walked in the kitchen and said hi to his mom.

Jinhwan walked around the living room to find Mandu, who was already having breakfast in the corner. He smiled at his dog, who was busy stuffing his little face. "Wow, Mrs. Koo really takes care of Mandu well." He thought.

"Goodmorning Jinhwan." He heard.

Jinhwan turned around and greeted Mrs. Koo back.

"Hi mrs. Koo." He smiled.

"I uh... just would like to thank you... for taking care of Mandu." Jinhwan awkwardly thanked her while he scratched the back of his head.

"Oh, it's fine! you don't need to thank me."

"Y-You should go and join Junhoe for breakfast in the kitchen! I made some food for us."

Jinhwan nodded, then preceeded to walk towards the kitchen. He stopped at the doorway and turned around.

"Mrs. Koo, you should join us too."

Mrs. Koo's eyes darted over to Jinhwan and waved her hands in denial. "Oh, no! I'm not yet hungry, you guys go ahead."

After eating, Jinhwan took Mandu and carried him upstairs to the bedroom. He sat down on the foot of the bed and started petting and brushing the dog.

He remembered that Hanbin texted him last night, so he grabbed his phone from the side of the bed and started thinking of what to type. This was the only time he could do it because he knew Junhoe wouldn't appreciate it if he saw this. Especially because of that time when Jinhwan lied and went home with Hanbin instead of Junhoe. Yes, He loved Junhoe, but Hanbin was also his friend and a part of his life.
