I pushed the skimpy girl off of me as she pouts. She gives up after I give her the look that it's time to leave. I don't even remember her name... Lanie? I'm not exactly sure, but she grabs her belongings and slowly, yet seductively slides out of my room with a peep, "Don't forget to call me," she winks, then exits. I growl in disgust and I shake my head. How can someone have that low of self esteem to just let some man (or celebrity, in my case) just disrespect you? I never came on to her, (I never do) she came on to me.
Although I couldn't blame her.
I laugh at my cruel, cruel self, but my phone ringing silences me. I check the caller to my expense.
"Hello?" I tell her, but nothing comes out. Did she accidentally call me? Some sort of false hope churns in the pit of my stomach, "Alexandria..?" I trail off.
"I need your help," she finally replies and I get worried immediately. I hope she's not in trouble; I usually am always coming to the rescue when it comes to Scarlett, I just hope Ria isn't the same.
"My oh my, the Alexadria Braden needs I, Zachary Hefner's help," I tease her and I only get heavy sighs as her response.
"Are you going to stop being such a smart ass or not?" She snaps at me and I can't help but to smirk at her, although she can't see me.
"I'm listening," I honestly tell her.
"I'm with Chase at the cafe down the street," She exasperated and I hold the phone away from my ear. This is what she's worried about?
Really?
You're just jealous she didn't call for you specifically, my stupid conscience tells me. Well why would she? It's not like we're bff's.
You wish, my mind tells me, once again.
"What did you tell him?" I finally spit out.
"Nothing... Yet," she says shyly.
"Why haven't you?" I ask her curiously.
"I'm scared of what he'll think," she says and I can't help but to roll my eyes. Is she seriously into him? I mean grow a pair and tell the man. He's a sensitive little boy, I mean he's crazy for her already. Well, so he says.
"I told you so," I couldn't help myself. I had to say it.
Sorry.
"Will you come down here with me so we could tell him together what's going on? Maybe if you're here, he wouldn't hate me so much after," she begs.
"Sureeee, it's not like I have a girl here with me or anything," I smirk, well I did have a girl.
"Soooo, get your ass over here, thanks!" She exclaims before hanging up on me. No one hangs up on me. She's lucky I like-
No, I don't like her. I'm simply doing this for Chase. She's really annoying too.
I quickly get dressed and I slip on some shoes I grab my shades and hoodie. I don't really care much about my appearance so the hell with it. I grab my phone and a beanie and walk out my apartment door. I get on the elevators shortly after, letting me out. I greet some friendly people in my building in the lobby, as well as the doorman whose been here longer than anybody.
"Sup Curt," I wave at him and he chuckles with a hearty grin, tipping his hat over in my direction.
His name is actually Gean.
